Hello sir, I have a very personal question as well here, i know this message might not come across to you, or it might be removed from the platform as well, but why do some patients going there seeking treatment have to face such harsh behaviour from staff, we as patient come to you hoping that our lives would have a better alternative than surgery , we as patient come to you in hope that yes there's someone who would take us out of our miseries. But yet the environment we are getting while treatment, is this the right way? Do we deserve that? Do kindly take time and see for yourself on this because shivaya hospital still has a long way to go. I am still taking treatment here, and i hope the staff treatment improves. Especially all female staff.
