My concern is if the bank already got paid for the note through the federal reserve, and still have me paying the note that's double dipping. That's not legal is it?
If you are an attorney and bring such an action you will be disbarred and arrested. If you are a laymen litigant you will be disregarded and your home stolen... Remember one way or another you "will own nothing and you will be happy" - Klaus Schwab, WEF
Am current on all payments. How would I go about finding out if my bank has committed mortgage fraud on my note? I get a statement, can I ask for a true bill?
I’m current on all payments on my now only home, I inherited the house from my father. I do not yet qualify to take this loan over and have been paying with statements addressed to my late father. The principle is about 144k as of last payment and escrow balance in less than 3k. The house is worth 301k as of May 2018 and I could pay off the remaining debt on the property today with money earned investing. In your opinion Is it worth it to “follow my dreams” and pay the early payoff penalties so I can leave this city? My financial advisor has stated I should not do that, but keeping my money in his firm is his incentive to say that Confusing stuff 🤷♂️ informative video, thank you
Another question. How would I go about getting land patent for my property. I believe the deed will be a color of law deed meaning I truly don't own it even after paying it off which will be 11 months from now.
If you know of Mortgage/short sale fraud that happened, do they pay whistleblower reward? As in shortsale to bf for 500k, never moving out, and now they are selling for 2.3 million a few years later. Takes work to get the proof I have, do they pay reward? The bank, FNMA, Fhlmc, or?
If you are living in the property in a legal unit then it is owner occupied. If the unit you are living is is not a legal living unit aka basement with no windows etc... then it is a different story

Would you please make a video on the Truth and Lies about paying off the principal of a mortgage? How it really works!
Wow, thanks for breaking this down in laments term, studying to be a MLO and it just wasn't making sense to me.
Happy to help in any way:)
Why would I sell my investment property first when it makes more then my owner occupied property every month?

If you have the deed for the house you don’t need to qualify for the mortgage just send a check every month Like normal
In the end you still wont own the home.....

That's real law, today's courts (Private Trading Companies) don't care about that...

No idea. I would check this out www.fbi.gov/investigate/white-collar-crime/mortgage-fraud
I don’t think mortgage short sale fraud even exists or Makes any sense
does 2:31 apply to basement apartment where one would live up top and rent bottom?
