Something is missing here. 1:4 means 1head pan of cement and 4headpans of sand. Meaning that, we have 2headpans of cement in one bag and from your calculations, 4 and half bags of cement should be used instead of 9bags

Is there any disadvantage of mixing sharp with mud sand for plastering to arrive at a mix ratio of 1:5 and conserve cement

Grade 20 Mix Proportions is 1:1.5:3
Grade 25 Mix Proportions is 1:1:2
