Garten of BanBan is a game similaire to poppy playtime where you need to solve puzzles and escape monsters in a kinder garten.
This is the chapter 1 where we encounter only two of the monsters. Chapter 2 will be available in 2023 and you can whitelist now on steam.

Can't believe all these other UA-cam channels are calling this "game" the next Poppy Playtime. I mean, Poppy Playtime isn't the pinnacle of gaming either, but it's at least nicer to look at than this game is.

This game is no different next to poppy playtime, just take away the nicer graphics, and you'll have the same concept, same gameplay, and nothing else

The bird gave me chills. The way it didn't immediately charge but seemed to observe the player with a sort of predatory curiosity was genuinely scary.

The best way to describe this game is corporate indie:
A set of lovable, slightly off putting characters that will sell merch, plenty to choose from and a stereotypical “girl” version so that they can sell double, some sort of gadget that has no reason for being there or is confusing as to how the player got it, something peeking from a corner to set the horror atmosphere, references to things that happened in childhood or a child like theme, a large area that would be like heaven for a child to play in, and simple mechanics a child could understand.
If we give them a negatively connotated term (general media uses it to negatively talk about a game) we can better critique these games and hopefully either get rid of them or have them shunned from the gaming community as some of the worst games created

Well Garten of Banban is the only “lazy” one. While Poppy Playtime isn’t entirely as phenomenal as FNAF, Bendy, Mr Hopp, or Dark Deception; at least it still takes passion and time and knows how to take itself seriously with its lore.
If I had a nickel for every time I saw a modern horror game marketed to kids that involves childhood things chasing you, I’d have 3 nickels. Which isn’t too much but it’s weird that it happened 3 times

the absolute fucking state of horror...catering to children...listen, i get it, it's great to cater to children AND adults with different genres of horror, blah blah blah. you have to be fucking blind as a bat if you don't notice the GIANT merch button at the bottom of the start menu. i feel bad for people who like AND MAKE horror, but have to put up with it constantly catering towards children, like, they have their own media and shows and games. when will there be clear distinctions and restrictions for children and what media they can like? tiktok, cash-grabbing games, ads, it's all bright colors and attention spans of 5 seconds. like, this genuinely makes me angry. we shouldn't have to cater to children constantly. animation is doing this as well, it's blowing my mind how things just for adults are silenced in order to not hurt any feelings and to make money. game devs who don't make children's / young teen (13-15) content deserve better. i wish i could support them, but i can't find them anymore due to shit like this. i'm not saying this to dog on the creator of this gameplay video, i just am saying my thoughts on people who support and make games like this. remember to support people's projects so that we don't get shit like this pumped ever 5 months. gamejolt and steam is and was infested with shit like this.

I wish horror games were actually scary like they used to be, this game and poppy playtime look boring and unscary in every way, even security breach was brought down so children could enjoy it, which just besmirches the whole atmosphere and reason Fnaf was so good in the first place.
@@TesseraVlogs hit the nail on the head, friend! i wish security breach could have been a terrifying treat for old and moderately new fans, instead of bringing the scares down so that new, very clearly younger fans who sit in front of an ipad all day can stare at their favorite multi-colored friends do nothing but walk at a slow pace towards gregory. i think the latest horror game that actually scared me was PortaBoy+, by Lumpy Touch. the horror genre doesn't nearly have the charm it used to back in 2014, and unfortunately fnaf's charm went with it. cheers to (maybe) some better and new projects this year!

Seriously, the only time i got scared was when i was trying to read a note and the bird appeared. (But like, i was only scared because of the sound cause the animation itself it's so bad)
I gave up of finishing the game because in the final """Chase""" the platforms were throwing me off not letting me even walk correctly.
I miss fnaf times. It was better than nearly all of horror games even with stable gameplay and a deeep story.

Can yall stop arguing saying this game is trash? It has good qaulity for being made by 2 people. The creators are nice people aswell. Im here right now to share my opinions on this game. Personally, I do think it is low effort and could use a lot more work but, I think people should just give it a chance, you know? Imagine creating a game yourself and getting made fun of because of it. You guys can share your opinions too, but just say it nicely instead of saying it in a harmful way. I know no one will agree with me on this, but with the upcoming chapters, maybe it could get better, and as of me speaking right now with chapter 4 on the way, I think it’s gotten decently better than this 5 minute put-together of a game.
