Not true. This is a ranking of the whole unit. Burns brought them up to 18 lol 😂

18? 18? No shot the Giants Dline is that low. You have 3 legit pro bowl players on that line. Thats a easy top 10 defensive line.

@@billm703512 sacks is overrated? Wait until you find out how many players have lots of sacks against bad lines! Does every sack against the giants not count because they had a historically bad line? Your logic doesn’t work that does it.
@@ajkareem5685 11.5 sacks. And 7.5 came against the jets and Washington, so 65% in 3 games against OL with injuries. The other 14 games Thibs was mostly a non factor. And his QB pressure rate actually DROPPED YOY. ESPN and PFF don’t even have him ranked in the top 20 edge. That’s embarrassing based on his draft position. Not a pro bowler, not even close. Try harder
Dex Burns Kayvon and Ojulari is a top 7 DL in the NFL. No chance you guys have the Eagles DL over the Giants let alone at 3 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@S3rv3nT4p Kayvon had 11.5 sacks as a 22 year old and was inconsistent in half the games. One of the most talented pass rushers in the NFL. Having Burns there only gonna make him better.
@@Gmen11 did you watch the whole video they specifically go into just by having a lot of sacks there's not mean you were good as a pass rusher that year cave on thibodaux on a play-by-play basis was on the bottom half and that's being generous of all pass rushers last year That's not positive he had 11 and a half sacks because he would clean up the guys who were running away from Dexter Lawrence That's not individual's talent or skill

I don’t think there is a Philly fan alive who would take the eagles d line over the giants or cowboys. It is what it is. I know pff is eagles fans but this list was just made to stir up reactions.

Why are they weighing Thibs's sophomore year so much for pressures? He's only had two years, maybe he had a down year for pressures last year and he will go back to rookie levels. Every year you won't have your best year, it's not like it was his age 30 year or something and they're worried he's regressing. Isn't it possible that this was just an off year? They treat it like this is who he will be going forward.
According to PFF, the Giants defensive line is ranked 18th, so Dexter Lawrence and undrafted free agents Elijah Chatman and Casey Rogers will form one of the best 3-4 defensive lines in the NFL.
Dex and Burns are bona fide proven commodities. Kayvon showed flashes (11 sacks was a bit inflated) but could very well take another step and be a third legitimate pro bowler. In a rotational role, if he stays healthy, Azeez could be very dangerous. I wouldn’t expect it but that’s why he’ll be situational in pressure practices and to give our other guys a break. This d line has top 5 upside but they just gotta prove it. 18 is a bit low but I understand staying conservative until they show how they play together.
Thibs is going to be better with pressure this year, Wink Fartendale had him dropping back into coverage constantly
