Située tout à l'ouest de la ville de Soleure, l'église catholique Ste Marie (St Marien), consacrée en 1954, possède une belle sonnerie de 5 cloches Bachert coulées en 1963 seulement. Le manque de place dans ce clocher effilé a nécessité l'équipement en rétro-lancé du bourdon.

Oui, il s'agit d'une horloge Baer à remontage électrique, modifiée pour l'avance gestion électrique de l'heure

Le bourdon mériterait à lui seul une vidéo afin de pouvoir bien écouter sa voix, pourtant mélodieuse, mais qui semble un rien éraillée.
Bel enregistrement comme à l'accoutumée.

@Dachstein09 You are indeed an upcoming student of bell technology. I applaud this on your part! The case you mention concerning St. Ulrich's in Vienna is a very odd and unique happening. Very strange as well ... was that Pfundner's action? Nevertheless, there is no danger for a bell crown because of the counterbalanced clapper. As a church bell technician here in French-Canada, I have never had those problems. Keep on the good work and constructive comments, dachstein09!

The mass of the biggest bell must be 3 tons, and the second must be 2 tons.
@Dachstein09 Maybe you should study what church bell tower dynamics are all about and then you would understand why certain bells cannot be rung in tradtional GERADES JOCH manner ... !!

The big bell also has a counterweighted-clapper.
Du Gebrüder Bachert de Karlsruhe (1963) de haute gamme. Dommage que le bourdon soit en demi rétrolancé. Filmé de près, la voix du bourdon semble être métallique ... ai-je raison ??

C’est un vieil enregistrement. Depuis, l’équipement des cloches s’est bien amélioré. Le bourdon n’est plus en rétro-lancer mais en rétrograde

La sonnerie a encore gagné en beauté avec le nouvel équipement dont elle a hérité il y a un peu plus d'un an. Le bourdon ne sonne plus en rétrolancé mais en rétrograde. Pour ce qui est de mes oreilles, je les protège ;)
