    Hey Sheldon,
It’s actually pronounced data, not data. Totally kidding. Outstanding advice for any level PM but as a new PM, it really sinks in when just starting out. Building relationships by being vulnerable has really helped to get to know people. People over projects because at the end of the day, we’re all people with emotions. Building these relationships will help get the project done by trusting each other.
I love the content too, there are tons of Udemy and LinkedIn learning courses so seeing what else you’d like to share makes it more human. A book that’s been helping me learn about emotional intelligence is People Skills for Analytical Thinkers by Gilbert Eijkeleboom.
Thank you for this video, extremely helpful and one I’ll end up coming back to multiple times.

Hey Don, thanks for the encouragement!! I haven’t read that book yet but I’ll add it to my list. A timely recommendation… I’ve been wondering what to do with all these Audible credits I’ve been racking up lately :)

Hi Sheldon, I personally wanted to say thank you! Lately I have been wrestling with what to do with my life, and I've come across your content relating to "Project management." I've got some natural skills but I'm also an introvert and I've found your advice interesting but also inspiring. What advice or course would you recommend in getting a job as a project manager? Is it an easy process to get a job?

Hey I’m glad I can help. I would recommend any entry level course in PM from Udemy or Google just to get a basic understanding of the field. Then I would start applying to entry level jobs that are part of bigger projects (data analyst, business analyst, project coordinator, etc.) - the job of a PM is senior so it is unlikely you’ll just start off as a PM… and getting that entry level experience is much needed to be able to navigate your own career path.

@@SheldonLeeFit Thank you so much. I've currently completed a diploma in business (Foundation of business). I do like the idea of "project management" but are you worried about technology and how quickly it's growing? I hear that could replace project managers roles, but my sources tell me it would be wise to study something around IT as well.

How good are the vegan protein shakes, easy to consume? Taste wise. These vids are easy to watch.

honestly i think they're fine. not as good as whey protein but tolerable. they taste slightly better with almond milk versus water
