Click power button and volumeup key when light up remove finger from lock button and power key then wait and select wipe data wait and clik reboot wait ocked to unlock solved click like button if your problem solved
So just a note to anyone with the same problem. If you can't turn it off because it requires a pass code you can either remove the battery to force it to shut down or you can just wait for the battery to die and then when if has a bit of percentage to the hard reset without turning it back on first. That's what I did and it worked.
