i don't know if you realise this but they all sing together for the chorus and they did that for every song it's their trademark. They're the queen of harmonies and it's interesting how they all have different tone it's so easy to differentiate their voice but they sound amazing together. Their voice fits so well with each other

If you want to listen to more Red Velvet I'd recommend listening to their other 2 length albums first starting with The Red to get a taste of their "red" (more upbeat, crazy, poppy sound) and then The Perfect RED Velvet (i capitalized red because this version includes 3 additional tracks worth checking out, All Right, Bad Boy & Time To Love (the latter two especially))" for their "velvet" sound (the more sensual, r&b, ballad, and occasionally trap/hiphoppy sound). They perfectly showcase the duality of the group. After that there's many mini albums worth exploring with my personal favorite - Rookie. The actual title track "Rookie" is quite devise but it's one of their absolute best in my opinion with how fun it is, the highlights from the mini would be Happily Ever After & the fan favorites - Talk To Me & Body Talk.
Seeing you listen to a Red Velvet album for the first time and lose it at how good it is was very entertaining lmao. Their discography is pretty varied so don't expect most of their other albums to sound like this, but when it comes to quality I find their music to be incredibly consistent IMO, so if you want to eventually react to any of their older records I'd be happy to watch along again :)

One thing about RV is that they are they own league when it comes to R&B. I recommend you to listen to their first album "The Perfect Velvet" and also their first EP "Ice Cream Cake". I'm sure you'll love it. And just a random fact: RV is doing most of their harmonies and background vocals for their songs. If you have more time, you can check out their recording behind to see the girls record and see the process of some of their songs.
Perfect velvet album and The Velvet mini album will have you in a chokehold. But whenever you listen to all the other albums each one has a nice RNB gem or two in them. All their music is quality though, even though I like their Velvet (RNB) Stuff more I've found myself bopping their red stuff a lot too

Bulldozer and One Kiss gave that perfect boost of energy in the middle of the album before they brought us those sweet closing songs with a comforting boost and then a slow nostalgic song... yeah. I'm so happy with 10 brand new Red Velvet tracks because it's like you were saying... while we don't always know exactly what kind of sound we're getting next... we know it will be quality. The musicality of the Red Velvet album has always been good. I only listen to songs that I like from the original album, but I always listen to all the songs in order from the Red Velvet album. I recommend listening to other albums because the vocal skills of the members are also upgraded compared to other groups. (It can be awkward using a translator.)

I'll check back here regularly to claim that this reaction remains among the very best. Just like the album. I listen to semi daily still, and it just doesn't grow old. One of the things I love about it and Red Velvet at this point in their career, is (as you said) that they're grown. So when they sing a really sexy song, it's not sung by teenagers, and when they sing reflective and uplifting songs, it means more (to Me at least), bc they're grown and have had about a decade of experience to pull from. Rookie groups who sing about how hard they are and so on, are hard to take seriois, bc they're just starting out. Red Velvet has the talents, abilities and company to truly be an inspiring group to old and young alike, while still fully able to be quirky, dark and weird enough to not just sound like ten other groups. I friggin love Red Velvet. I hope they are all happy and content for decades to come 🤘🏻👍🏻🐻🫶🏻

Music of a Life time !! I am in my mid 60s, a musician for 55+ years in the US ... Red Velvet is one my all time Favorite groups - I've seen and heard thousands. I hope the young people grasp just how wonderful and special these girls are... MAGIC. I can't wait to share this with my Grand-daughter [ she's 2 ] when she's a bit older. Five great singers and human beings too.. you will never see or hear them act in a Trashy way. Real Vocals / Harmonies, Real Dance moves, Excellent Choreo, and they Smile ... After 10 they have really transcended K-pop, as well as their fans have grown up too. They are their own Genre now. I'm so lucky I didn't Miss them ... I stumbled onto them by accident in 2022 - Feel My Rhythm- and was blown away, Peace - "The Eldest ReVeluv" PS !! Young folks .. Google up " Pet Sounds" by the Beach Boys - done in the early 60s - before synths and recorded on just 8 tracks... Quality ! Just like Red Velvet . Peace !!

Music of a Life time !! I am in my mid 60s, a musician for 55+ years in the US ... Red Velvet is one my all time Favorite groups - I've seen and heard thousands. I hope the young people grasp just how wonderful and special these girls are... MAGIC. I can't wait to share this with my Grand-daughter [ she's 2 ] when she's a bit older. Five great singers and human beings too.. you will never see or hear them act in a Trashy way. Real Vocals / Harmonies, Real Dance moves, Excellent Choreo, and they Smile ... After 10 they have really transcended K-pop, as well as their fans have grown up too. They are their own Genre now. I'm so lucky I didn't Miss them ... I stumbled onto them by accident in 2022 - Feel My Rhythm- and was blown away, Peace - "The Eldest ReVeluv" PS !! Young folks .. Google up " Pet Sounds" by the Beach Boys - done in the early 60s - before synths and recorded on just 8 tracks... Quality ! Just like Red Velvet . Peace !!

there's no such thing as too long videos to appreciate REAL MUSIC!!! red velvet is honestly one of the best out there when it comes to concepts and vocals!! they always deliver good music and the variety in their catalogue is just insane. i'm sure they'll always have a song that you're gonna be like "OKAY THAT'S IT" the they're gonna comeback with more amazing songs
