I actually, at this very minute can't get one of the diabetes meds I need to live safely because it's all on back order at my pharmacy because everyone is using it just to lose weight and my pharmacy can't get it in stocks for those of us who need ir to survive. I'm actually really scared. I almost died before I started taking this medicine it has made an extreme difference for me, and now I'm without it for an unknown amount of time. So I'm really glad South Park did this special, maybe it will make some kind of an impact on society, and people like me will have an easier time getting our meds.
When Tony the Tiger killed Kenny, I was thinking that they were just gonna say “Bastard!”. Just like in that Breakfast Club cutaway from the earlier seasons of Family Guy.

I really don’t know how to respond to that question, since it sounds like it came from an A.I. troll. If you read the comments before watching their reaction to the episode, or if you haven’t seen the episode I mentioned, that came out 25 years ago, that’s on you.
What warms my heart about this episode is that… Cartman openly admits that he’s fat, (In the older episodes, he would never allow anyone to mock him for it.) Kyle is helping him as a friend in need to fight for his and people’s health, (When he’s usually reluctant towards him for how he treats him.) and Butters always remains positive and supportive for both of them regardless of what it's for. All it requires is a narrative to hold a band together.
