Very good video! Just an editing tip: in the end when you put up the page with the annotations you might want to cut back on the amount of links you put into it! Most people will not even look at it to start with, but those who do will find it annoying to have that many options. Stick with 2-3 links or something like that! Nobody noticed the squirrel?

Hi, this tutorial has been the best one ive seen thus far. Ive been trying to nail the isometric the front lever for 3.5weeks along with the isometric back lever, side planks, reverse hyper extensions and dragon flags. Been doing it to help rehab my bad back, i have a l4/l5 disc buldge I did my 1st full back lever 2days ago. but still cannot do the front, in fact my technique has been all wrong for the front lever so far. I'll adjust my training to the basics that u pointed out. thanks for tips

IMO, you could try wrapping the bar with a towel/whatever just so you can rotate your palm while you front lever.

it's probably the psoas (this muscle brings the trunk and legs together, and during a front lever hold it will keep the legs from falling down by putting a lot of strain on the lower back).

No tiny bit bent, otherwise there is extreme stress on the shoulders. But that is perfect form, when you have the tiny bent FL you can gradually straighten it

    2 quick tips!
It may sound stupid, but try it out without barefoot, without shoes (it is easier, trust me)
Do the front lever with one leg bent towards your chest - it's a lot easier then the full lever, practice and good luck
