    if he can only be tazed twice than the 3rd taze is illegal it is possible that he heart or nervous system is damaged and he could still stand up LIKE nothing happened but he could very well be injured i just love people's logic and glad that's not real cop logic

    "felony speeding" "felony evasion"
    A. Speeding is a misdemeanor. Not a felony, we would have a lot of federal criminals if speeding was a felony...
    B. You pulled over, you evaded them not one time.
    My conclusion is that the officer that initially stopped you had no clue what they were doing. He didn't tell you what law you violated, what "it" was. He was using very unnecessary force. He really needs to be retrained or have his application re-evaluated

    • @henrypanozzo9607
      @henrypanozzo9607 7 років тому +15

      I am continuing to watch this episode and I am constantly getting more infuriated at that officer's stupidity. They did not approach the stop correctly... It was the most BS I have seeen in a video.

    • @henrypanozzo9607
      @henrypanozzo9607 7 років тому +12

      Again, Buggs didn't even go 80 MPH. Why did the cops think that car could go 80 MPH down the road?
      "breaking traffic infractions"
      He kept freaking adding bs charges. Speeding is not gonna turn into a felony. Those cops should be removed from the community, besides Solo.

    Hahaha. The Best. Lots of misinterpretation but you know they are on the spot. Just because they said it differently from what the actual traffic violation is called doesn't mean they are stupid. I see reckless driving, disobeying a traffic control device, failure to identify , disorderly conduct. As far as the officers from what I saw, they were using what's called excessive force, when someone fails to comply to their directions and acts hostile I see that fit. Sure things could have went smoother but this happens everyday in real life. Keep up the good work guys!!! Love the videos.

    Felony evasion and felony speeding? I was unaware that speeding was a felony, I was also unaware that sitting in a parking lot after being pulled over was felony evasion. These "cops" are a laughing stock, it's pretty pathetic when a cop can't even properly name the reason for the pullover correctly -- felony speeding, lol, if that was a felony there would be a lot of federal criminals. Looks like the department needs to reevaluate and retrain these cops, what a bunch of numskulls.

    • @andrewmarner1135
      @andrewmarner1135 3 роки тому

      Felony speeding technically is a thing you can read about it online and they are correct in the way they do it as in DoJ's guidelines Felony speeding is traveling at an excessive speed of 100+ mph, plus not to mention that traveling at those speeds would mean you could and will lose control of your motor vehicle, and now you have wreckless driving which added on to your speeding would definitely get you significant jail time. I recommend reading up on California's penal code, so that you can understand and appreciate Polecats content better.

    • @2brokevaping571
      @2brokevaping571 7 років тому

      Mr Defyant you're contradicting what you say being detained can mean going to jail aswell and being arrested is having your rights read to you with content of a court case being detained can mean multiply things and being pulled over does not mean you have to give id being pulled over doesn't always mean you broke the law sometimes it's because of a broken tail light or a tip on how to do something safer and in that case you don't have to give id because you have done nothing wrong

    Just an FYI the officer's in this video were correct. Not about it being a felony, but a misdemeanor. Going 30+, in all states, can lead to a misdemeanor DEPENDING on the discretion of the officer and the suspect can be arrested for reckless driving. Especially within city limits. It's not usually enforced because most people would be cooperative at that point. But some will act unruly which can lead to jail time for just speeding. The only time it's a Felony is when injury is involved, or they have a suspended license, etc.

    Loving your DoJ video's at the moment, altough I would like a little more Law Enforcement. :P You should also do some PD or HP video's for Law Enforcement, instead of only Sheriff Dept. video's. ;)

      He will probably go back to law enforcement next episode, he has a system. He explained it in one of his LSPDFR videos.

      I'm a little tired so excuse my following comment:
      Polecat has a system that he follows. DoJ Law Enforcement is not gone and never will be gone. But people like yourself always seem to jump to conclusions and that gets really annoying when it becomes repetitive. Let Polecat upload what he wants when he wants to upload it. Just be happy he uploads any videos at all.

      Titan most of PC324's followers are impatient children. Nobody is smart enough to look back and view the video where he explains that to his subscribers. To them one video that isn't what they wants means that (again to them) that version of the series is gone forever. People enjoy jumping to conclusions on something they'll never understand.

      MultiGamingNetwork I'm assuming that you refer to me with "little children", well think twice. Unlike you stated I'm not inpatient, I just wasn't aware of this system. Plus I didn't say a word about DoJ being gone or about that I'm unhappy about his uploads.

      Jaden G. C-608 In his original comment he was refering to me though, saying I would be impatient and easy to jump to conclusions.
