IMT G marketing vs ximb BM if I want a career in marketing.. where I can expect good roles and companies?
IMT G provides better options in marketing especially in FMCG segment. 12℅ of the batch was placed in retail segment in 2023. Do like the video and subscribe
How is the HRM program of ximb ? is the HR campus not in the main city and if not ? in outskirts ,what is the campus life reviews of students ?
HRM is good amongst all the hr program in country. No it is away from city. Campus life is good and bus is provided and there are other local transportation

Hi.. I am waitlisted at 6 for XIMB BM. Will the waitlist be updated before the end of May?.. Because I have already paid the fee for IMI Delhi and the last date to get a refund is May 31st.
Yes chances of conversion is there and results may come before MAY end. But sometimes results may be delayed. Can contact college admin for clarity. Do subscribe and like. Gives motivation
sir is there partiality with non domicile people? I have heard placecom is biased towards orissa people they are the first to get shortlist etc?
Nothing as such. Placecom is selected entirely on merit basis and operates without domicile bias. Do subscribe and like
What's the package offered for PPOs?
@@soumyapattnaik5929 minimum slab for PPOs is 13lpa. Companies cannot give less than that in PPOs. It changes every year and depends on placecomm
What is the prerequisite of the companies when they come on campus for hiring?
Hard to generalize as it varies from company to company

Fore ib and ximb hr.. Which one should i take.. As fore fee is 18 19lakhs and ximb is 24 25..plus i reside in delhi..??? What do you think would be better??

Ximb is a better brand than Fore. But it depends on you if you want to pursue HR or IB. If your interest is in HR then you can choose XIMB because it offers better choices. Recheck ximb hr fees. I don't think it's this much. Actual placements you can check on website. Just that the avg pkg is inflated by 1-2 lpa max.
@@askcharlie1 the fee is about 22 lakhs excluding hostel... Anyway.. Is IB not relevant in the job market as I have heard from a few seniors??
@@akanshanainwal5023 IB is not irrelevant but it doesn't provide any edge to you. It is treated as normal MBA or less than that. It totally depends on recruiter how they view the course. But it doesn't mean you will not get any jobs.

How much of a jump can I expect realistically?
No. Don't. Aim for IIMs or XLRI or ISB. Aim for top IIMs only not new or baby

@@sreeragmsudheesh only with baby and some new IIMs. Bcoz in ximb avg pkg is 20. And yours is already 12. After spending 20+ lacs and 2 years if you get around 20 then not worth it financially. Another switch in your job can take you near to 20 in current situation. You may get pkg higher than 20 but there's a game of probability here.

Hi, If someone takes operations as specialisation. Does it means he will be eligible only for operations roles or he can apply to consulting also ????
Nothing as such in XIMB. There's no specialization mentioned on degree. It's general MBA. Specialization is only for internal consideration

Capability network is backend job. Normal is management consulting which is client facing

@@askcharlie1Capability network ka bhi criteria strict hota hai kya for shortlist when it comes to acads? Also, career trajectory kaisi hoti hai, I mean capability se management consultant me shift ho sakte hai within the same company?
@@utkarshshukla4053 yes. Bain ka written test, two to three rounds of interview hota h for capability network. McKinsey conducts a gamified test. Only one got selected in McKinsey. Bain m chances h good. Capability and mc career path are different and unrelated.

@@askcharlie1is this after paying the loan emi or without paying the loan emi ? If 80k is before paying the emi then almost 40k would be paid in emi and only 40k would be left🫠
@@vedanttripathi6954 take 15 years loan... Emi would be around 22k on amount of 20 lacs. And 80+ is just an estimate. You can get 85-100k or more depends on you. New video coming on this topic. Subscribe

I would say XIMB bcoz it is old but if you want IIM brand then other two. Also compare fees and avg pkg and type of companies that visit these campuses. Take a calculated decision which should be on your own judgement and not solely on others advice

Depends on your ability. Can also get the highest pkg. It happens. But avg is 12+

@@sudhanshukumarsingh8628 depends on your conviction. If you are convinced you can do better than XIMB then wait for it. But if not then it's ok ok to take a loan I would say. First one year or two you may feel the heat but after that it's good. You can also try to pay part of fee from your own source

Hey i had 95.1%ile in XAT, NIT Grad, 888 acads, 38 months exp in Maruti Suzuki, but a UPSC Gap of 5+ years. Interview was not good as panel as not happy with my age which is on the higher side. However fr the rest of the profile including my workex they seemed happy. Do I have a fair chance?? Though, I have converted IMT G Core though this year I am inclined towards finance/ops roles
Age doesn't matter. In exceptional cases if candidate is good then they consider. I had seen 30+ batchmates and junior.

Waitlist movement for domicile is lesser as compared to non domicile. For domicile 100 around and non domicile 700 around. But this year maybe different as applicant pool is large. Do subscribe thanks
From many other sources I got to know that the non domicile wl movement is usually 250-275...whereas 600-700 is way too more....could you please confirm
