    Be nice to have a topographical of the lots. We drove through Dauin last week and I'm clueless to the lots and relative relationships to Dauin and the ocean etc.😵‍💫

    Just make sure that each piece has its individual title. If it is still a mother title, it will take longer process to split it to have its own individual title. There should be a current Bureau of land approved survey map indicating all the technical descriptions of each lot in that said subdivision and the road right of way. Good luck to all of you and make sure all legalities are being followed , if not you'll be SOL. There are lots of illegal land negotiations out there that you can be potential victims. Good luck!!!

    Hello, Love your house design. When you purchased your property did you handle all the paperwork and filings by yourself, or did you hire an agent? It's my understanding it's a complicated process involving a lot of foot work. Thanks. P.S. What will be your annual property tax liability?

    A foreigner should never ever purchase a mother title in the Philippines. Period.

      @@roseinthephilippines5835 Okay so i did some research and it seems the "mother title" means the title is under the mothers name and usually if they have children they all MUST be reachable, Otherwise all it takes is one child to decline the sale and you wont be able to have the home titled under your name.
