Locked comp player here. Direct shot at 5'3 is NOT worth it as u cannot jump to hit the cross over a player taller than u even if they are 5'4 if you want to run that build just get athlete which gives a percent of long strides and bunnys so u can jump higher but the overall best strike build in locked 2024 is long strides emperor 5'3

With the new locked update, with stamina changes, I'd recommend 5”9 with athlete or 6”0 with bunny.
