I have just devoured every audio book of this author, having just had cataract surgery and unable to read actual hard copies. I thoroughly enjoyed them all! I wish that there were others online. I love you old copy of The Penrose mystery. I have looked but similar authors, but none kept me as gripped as these, especially The Vanishing Man. Thanks for your upload. Very interesting and I would love a trolley dash around your gorgeous little book shop!
Never knew of him until this evening, when I came across his name in an article about Raymond Chandler who cited him as one of the better writers of the genre :-)
