So, overall, I love these new Under Armour combat boots. They are very comfortable, lightweight and have an excellent outsole. There are a lot of UA tactical boots out there, but my favorite ones were always Valsetz and I think the Valsetz Micro G has some improvements. I'm sure a lot of people will agree with me, since one of the main search phrases for Under Armour boots is "Under Armour tactical boots Valsetz."

Hey, great review, thank you! How do you think, if it is comfortable to wear these boots when it is around 5° Celcius?
I have the waterproof all leather pair I love these boots on concrete all day working in a prison so I’ve tried a ton of different boots and wanted to replace my UA stellers or whatever they are so I got these and need the shine able toe so they are perfect
I've got them too, just ordered from govx. They're awesome, I'd rather do pt in them than my Nike running shoes.

In the past I have hated the UA sole. Hope these hold up better. 😊
Spray CampsDry on the exterior to make them more water resistant. It contains silicone so it may make them darker.

I have these. They are suitable for security guards. Not for law enforcement. For tactical applications, get a real pair of tactical boots like the Belleville Khyber. I have the Khyber, and it is a true survival boot, built to last.

are you able to pass through a metal detector with these boots or are the shoe string holes metal
Not sure if you've had problems with that before but I never have with any pair of boots or shoes with metal eye laces..
You have any tips on waterproofing these boots?

There is a full grain leather version of micro G that is water proof. This version isn't submersible, but does repel falling water pretty well, as I gave mine the industry standard "spill the birdbath on your own foot" test and my socks stayed dry.
These or the tac loadout?
Tough one! I would say, if you want a bit more versatile, probably Micro G. I'd probably go with Micro G.

Just bought a pair tonight I'm 6ft8 325 and a size 15 they are awesome and I got the mid height
Disagree.. i normally wear a 10 and i bought this same boot and 9.5 fit with room.
I agree! I bought my size 11 as they say its true to size.Not true. Now I can’t return it so i have to order a half size smaller to fit me right 😑 🤦🏻♂️

The size is off ...to big by half a size...slippery on wet rocks..not impressed...I have been living and working in boots for over 20 years

I don't get reviews like this. No offence but you open it and review it straight away come back when you've worked the boots for a year at least.

It looks like this video is recorded at 2160p, so take a close look at the seams and\or stitches. Glue is usually shorter lived than stitches, and shoes with harder less mobile soles usually outlast athletic flexible shoes since more mobility in the sole means more folding of fabric, and more stretching and compressing of the seams. Also, check the retailer user reviews, as people tend to be outspoken about short lived products. Perhaps USG could do like the car mags, and occasionally choose a popular pair and do a long term test, but there's no way he could cover so many products if he had to wear them to failure.
Very comfy but the inside heel area tears away within a month or 2.
