Thank you! The area is still really growing too. Also, it’s not too far out compared to a few other master planned neighborhoods further out west or the PSL area. The Manhattan was my favorite model for this builder. But, I think I found my favorite floor plan in Avenir in a future video! The automatic toilet and the leak both surprised me out in Solana Bay lol
