That’s pretty cool. I’m loving my UF8/UC1/UF1 combo, but there’s certainly a better dollars per fader ratio here than ssl, and the angled optional displays are cool. Definitely a viable alternative if the plug-in control capability of UC1 isn’t as important to the user

Yes I agree...however that UC1 compatibility isn't available yet , and a bit of a different affair - this is more comparable to UF1/UF8, which needs a bit of fiddling to get plugin control (check my other videos) but also has been working for me. Overall SSL is really on it with their Ecosystem in terms of quality and investment. Not sure if Icon can compete in the long run - but these devices are going to make SSL work harder which is good for us.

I have been looking at them. and kind worried about build quality. Look at button #3 up top. its messed up. lol. i have the platform M and its ok.. so prob should not worry so much.
