I know that many people have been afraid of eggs for years, but as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast, I can tell you that eggs are a great food item you can include in your diet. @@Rrhino Eggs do raise LDL cholesterol which is associated with heart disease. Eating an egg here and there probably makes no difference. But eating multiple eggs every day is just not good.

This man speaks the truth. I have already put on 8 pounds (3.6 kg) of muscle thanks to eating eggs every morning. And if you can find a small farm that sells fresh, and fertile eggs, buy them! Fertilized, and free-range eggs are great for your cholesterol, and overall health.
Fertilezed eggs are no different from regular eggs, except there is a tiny bit of rooster sperm inside of it and a 0,01 gram cell blob that could have become a chick had the egg been brooded. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing better about it either. It's honestly weird af to PREFER a fertilized egg.

Heads up, it’s better for your body if you cook your eggs instead of eating it raw. Plus you don’t exactly get all the good stuff out of the eggs if you drink it raw. I know daddy Noel made a video about it:)
@@twinkie9927 This is only true for the whites, as the whites have compounds in them that can upset your stomach that are killed when cooked. The yolks are perfectly safe, salmonella is super rare in eggs (1/20k)
@@ideadrive44 raw eggs never really upset my stomach, but the egg whites block biotin from being absorbed, which is essential for hair, skin, and nails.
I noticed my knuckles being more red than normal, so I stopped taking them, but that was the only drawback. The rest is all positive. It’s an easy to eat 60 calories each, most I’ve ever had was 6 eggs, and if it wasn’t due to the egg whites I would still be taking them.
Might look into mixing egg yolks with orange juice, but i only liked one brand of eggs raw.
@@twinkie9927 “you don’t exactly get the good stuff eating it raw” that’s just not true. You get that primal instinct, and it’s much easier to consume raw eggs, and in a way it’s better for your stomach, because you aren’t cooking away all the moisture that your stomach needs.

Our bodies can also regulate their own cholesterol synthesis, so when you eat a couple eggs, your body just makes less cholesterol to compensate and you are completely fine :)

@@trainerzard7 Dude, are you serious? There hasn't been a single study that actually shoved egg comsumption results in hearth disease. Most of the cholesterol in our bodies does not come from what we eat anyway, it is synthetised by the liver.
If you want the reason for the recent spike in hearth disease, you might want sniff around those "healthy" "vegetable" seed oils instead.

My mom eats 2 eggs literally every single day, for breakfast. She just simply likes them and laughs from those researches too, because nothing bad is happening to her, rather the opposite. She often says - "If there is a life of a small, vulnerable chicken starting in the egg, how it can toxic or unhealthy?".
It is sad that still so many people throw away yolks or avoid eggs, repeating some bullshit and wasting food.

Literally every single anabolic hormone is made from cholesterol: vitamin d, testosterone, estradiol, dht, dhea, androstenedione etc. Especially if you're a man you WANT a lot of cholesterol (especially LDL, the "bad one"). Also dietary cholesterol doesn't even significantly impact blood cholesterol levels

Bro im such a huge fan! Im a skinny young teenager under 16 and your videos inspire me to get bigger. People always make fun of me at school for being like a stick, but your advice is helping me turn things around. I work out secretly at home as my parents still think that lifting stunts your growth, and have already made 5kg gains despite my previously mentioned parents and my fast metabolism. Ive never seen a body builder irl in my entire life, so your build seems godly, and you always give so many tips which changed the way i go about getting bigger, helping me make some real progress. Just do remember Noel is openly on steroids, but you can still get a absolutely jacked naturally. Check out Alpha Destiny, Geoffrey Verity Schofield and Natural Hypertrophy as examples of great lifetime natural physiques.

Bodyweight workouts should be fine. It’s when you lift super heavy in an early age where things get tricky.

Great video, it's great you're educating everyone. One key point you didn't mention: food cholesterol does not equal body cholesterol. Eating foods with cholesterol in them does not actually raise the cholesterol in your blood significantly. The cholesterol you intake and the cholesterol always in your blood should pretty much be thought of a separate things.

And for the record, I'm proud to say, I've been eating anywhere from 6 to 8 whole eggs every single day for the last 10 years or so. Since then, I haven't had any weight, cardiovascular, cholesterol, or any other health problems. As a matter of fact, my health has improved greatly, from my blood work to my overall well being. Whole eggs are a staple.

Noel is the best man who gives advice to people who are struggling with their mental health and their own personal lives, i was inspired by him, i watched all of his videos, best bodybuilder man ever.
Plus if you’re doing cardio and or working out regularly, that extra cholesterol isn’t gonna negatively impact you the way it would someone who is sedentary.

I used to eat only the white from boiled eggs because of amount of Cals (I'm in a cal deficit) but I guess it's better to eat the yolk as well because of the amount of vitamins. Thanks Daddy Noel!!

I eat 5 hard boiled eggs ever morning. Just started training this Jan. I am 37. I have put on over twenty lbs in two months all lean tissue pretty much. It’s not only the eggs but training as well. Good luck ❤

I eat scrambled eggs almost 5 times a week. I do 2 whole eggs, 9 tbsp of egg whites and add veggies and cook in unsalted Irish cream butter for some more healthy fat. Went from 200 lbs in jan down to 185 in 3 months and been maintaining that weight while slowly doing body recomp. 💪🏽
I also eat 5 boiled eggs everyday. Never had any problems with it

Good video. Doctor here. Eggs are almost the perfect source of protein. The reason why it CAN be unhealthy is because it has high cholesterol. Cholesterol is one of the leading causes of atherosclerosis and heart disease. There is also some research leading it to prostate inflammation but this needs more research. If you are a healthy individual then eggs could potentially be the healthiest source of nutrients you can get. If you are an obese individual with heart issues then I'd stick to egg whites as they have zero cholesterol.

They also contain cholesterol, but recent research suggests that the cholesterol in eggs may not be as harmful as once thought. In fact, most of the cholesterol in eggs is in the form of HDL, which is considered to be beneficial for heart health. So while eggs do contain some LDL cholesterol, they are also a good source of HDL cholesterol.

There are studies suggesting that consuming high amounts of protein can lead to liver malfunctioning (When you eat proteins, the body breaks them down into amino acids. Ammonia is produced from leftover amino acids, and it must be removed from the body. The liver produces several chemicals (enzymes) that change ammonia into a form called urea, which the body can remove in the urine.). When protein intake is very high, there's an excessive amount of ammonia, which leads to liver problems. That's actually why a lot of people consider eggs unhealthy, but that has nothing to do with eggs specifically. Just keep your protein intake in check. (The correct amount is affected by your age, gender, fitness goals and genetics)

When I was young, my dad would take in younger males from his large family who needed support or just immigrated (I'm in Canada, my family is from Pakistan). At any given moment there would be a dozen people living in our home, many jobless students. My mom would make big pots of rice and chicken or beef. The meat would run out quick so she would routinely have a dozen or so eggs boiling to cover the protein shortfall. My dads family was blessed with good genetics so thanks to my mom's egg-inspired supplementation we were always fed whole and stayed swole!

Not only do eggs contain protein, they also have a very good range of amino acid and score very highly on the diaas rating meaning they help bring up other foods that lack some of the essential amino acids like plant proteins.

Indeed eggs were thought of having high levels of cholesterol but further research showed that it was actually high density lipoprotein which essentially help reduce other bad forms of cholesterol in the body

Just a tip: Eggs contain high density (good) cholesterol which actually lowers low density (bad) cholesterol. The low density sticks to the high density which is then carried to the liver and filtered out.
Butter is good (not oil, good olive oil but do not let it go to high in temperarure) but real butter made from cowmilk, not margarine what's organic
Your content is getting better and better
1 egg = ~186mg cholesterol. A normal adult synthesizes 1000mg per day, and the total body content is about 35g. If you consume cholesterol, your body will adapt by synthesizing less.
6 eggs alone ( ~1116mg ) is already more than the natural amount your body needs. Meat contains ~73mg Cholesterol / 100g.
TOP 3 reasons people run into heart disease:
1. High Blood Pressure ( easily fixable with physical activity ),
2. High Blood-Cholesterol ( only fixable with vegan/plant based diet )
3. Obesity ( combination of no physical activity and bad diet )
High Blood-Cholesterol is a leading cause for heart disease, so yes, eggs are possibly the #1 unhealthies food in existence.
EDIT: This is what the 'study' you showed at 1:27 has to say:
"The majority of existing evidence supports that assertion that moderate egg consumption of up to one egg per day in otherwise healthy individuals is not associated with a higher risk of ASCVD."

I do have high cholesterol (the bad one even though I do pretty good food choices) BUT my pathologist told me I should eat safely 1 egg per day (not fried) for all the good nutrients it contains. Furthermore the cholesterol that the egg contains does minimal if none changes to the overall cholesterol....
I do trust her and we managed to lower the cholesterol a little even though I reguralery eat eggs without medicines and only through food and some vitamins supplements.

My daily diet: ~2600 calories, 180 g protein, 220 g carbs, 110 g fat
Breakfast-banana, one cup of rice, 4 oz ground beef, 3 eggs, slice of cheese, hot sauce, 10 oz whole milk
Lunch-banana, one cup of rice, 4 oz ground beef, 3 eggs, slice of cheese, hot sauce, 10 oz whole milk
Dinner-chicken breast, one cup of greenbeans, 10 brussel sprouts, kale, japapeno, 10 oz whole milk
Supplements: omega oil, psyillium husk, creatine daily
preworkout, protein powder, multivitamin 3x per week
Exercise: weight training 6x per week, 3 hours of light cardio per week
My father always and still does encourage me to eat eggs. He's made so many recipes for me and I am super fond of eating eggs because of him. To me the idea of eggs ever being bad for health sounds completely foreign. Well, besides the part that you shouldn't drown it in oil and butter. Nonstick pan, eggs, salt, pepper and you've got yourself a yummy wholesome snack

First I though he would bash them, 2 seconds into the video I thought he is not serious and he would praise eggs in the end. Actually, he kind of undersold them.
The egg research was very flawed but not so much for the reasons he said. Dietary cholesterol will not raise your blood cholesterol (as we now know).
Cholesterol is actually vital for your body to function correctly and you must eat some. Same goes for fats (and eggs have you more than covered for this as well).
KEEP IN MIND: The bulk of the nutritional value is in the yolk. Don't eat only the whites. Just eat the whole egg and keep the simple things simple.

So I've lived by this for a long while..now. for example, my morning routine for breakfast is for boiled eggs with some seasoning on it. With overnight oats. In my overnight oats I put protein powder with creatine, monohydrate and some yogurt. My whole breakfast comes to a total of somewhere around 100 g of protein

It's also worth noting that a LOT of research has been done to suggest that cholesterol intake is not super related to how much cholesterol is in your bloodstream. That has to do with your diet as a whole and if your lifestyle is active enough
Eggs also contain omega3 fatty acids which are great for your health and you should only have to worry about cholesterol if you have high cholesterol to begin with

Eggs can be unhealthy if you eat them excessively and have a passive lifestyle. However, if you're working out and don't have high cholesterol, even higher amounts should not be a problem. In fact, the health benefits greatly outweigh the risks. There is literally thousands of well known strength athletes who eat eggs in large quantities daily and don't have high cholesterol at all. The key is to be physically active so your body actually spends the stuff you eat.
Something a lot of people don't seem to know is that testosterone is made in the body using cholesterol. Which is actually a great reason to incorporate eggs into your diet, especially if you are a natural.
Personally, I would recommend everyone to eat 2-4 whole eggs a day, as long as you keep the rest of your diet fairly clean.
Also, if you are eating your Omega fats (3,6, & 9), you shouldn't have to worry too much about eating cholesterol because they remove any excess from the body.
(The best thing you can do as a bodybuilder is research and study nutrition, guys.)❤✌💪
