I like how this game seems simple, but there’s a lot of nuance and intricate things the player has to figure out that makes the game pretty deep. Idk could be wrong just my thoughts from an outsider perspective. Love the vids Sticky ❤️
Hey sticky, just saying the hit run and heal tactic with allo doesn’t work all that well with sucho. If the sucho is smart enough to actually chase u, ur gonna bleed longer, to around late 3rd and the sucho will fully heal before u do so, only way the hit and run tactic will work in your favor is if u get double bites and the suchomimus doesn’t or the sucho makes the mistake of sitting instead of chasing like the one in this video Sucho has the superior bleed and superior bleed resistance. I prefer to just assride them for 3 bites (allo has the superior turn speed and can assride suchos) then just bleed them out, even if it means trading one hit by face tanking, for as long as you’re careful enough with your slide it should all be fine. Also the sucho in this video wasn’t quite fully grown although it would have made 0 difference since it wasn’t playing correctly. (Same goes for sub giga if u ever fight one, sub gigas can bleed an allo out in literally 1 bite if u keep running but they too can be assrided and bled out with 3 bites)
What are u talking about...sucho does not do better bleed or resistance and the sucho also out turns a allo..Allo is also much faster n has infinite stam so they all can ambush away keep running to get distance and just sit for 2 sec for the heal tick..All i play is allo and I have 1v1 full sub rex sub giga sucho and so on and I have also played it on fight night where the suchos are all full adults

I've usually mained maia, the things I love about them are their speed, stam and outrageous heal time. I've never been one for carnivores but this really does make me want to give allo a shot! If maia heal is A tier, allo heal is S tier. It seems to mostly just be a case of hit, run and heal over and over until the deed is done, egging them on into chasing you if it'll bleed them out.

2 Reasons: I want to protect people from exposure - oftentimes a player gets harassed by the keyboard warrior know-it-all's, who private message them telling how they suck and etc. Has happened before, so now I make it a conscious decision to protect player's names, so they don't get harassed. Second reason, is it tends to distract. A lot of my fights require full focus, and stuff being said in Global can easily break that focus

Sucho should have used the shoreline to its advantage from the start so the allo couldn't just keep running through so easily. There are nearby corner-ish spots around the lake's nearby shoreline that can be used to protect the back/ sides; better chance of getting a double bite etc. Otherwise, I like playing sucho probably in any other large body of water than twins. The canyon rivers are perfect ambush spots; you're basically invisible under the water, which leads to tons of clutch ambushes with nowhere to run.

Sticky I did this multiple times and either the sucho got two bites on me or chased me so long that I went to 4th screen. So for the two bites I recommend turning imidielty so the sucho doesn't get a bite on your tail

hey sticky! my friend chlorine and i tried this 60 second heal trick, but we realized that while bleeding, the tick is every 2 minutes, and while not bleeding, it is 60 seconds until the heal tick (like in the video). is there any reason that this is happening and why here you can heal bleed in a minute? thanks friend.

wow I had no idea about the1 minute heal tick... That's such a poor mechanic actually :p . Do you know if the tick happens at the same time for all dinos on the server or is it specific to every player?
I tried this in test server. It doesn't really work. By the time you fully heal the sucho has healed the bleed as well. If the Sucho follows and doesn't let you lie down you cannot do much. This sucho here in the video was not full adult as well and you can tell because you healed the bleed extremelly fast. It took me much longer in test server.
This sucho is teeny... Plus, it takes almost double the bites for an adult allo to kill an adult sucho as it does a sucho to kill an allo. (7 bites to kill allo as succ, 16 bites to kill a sucho as an allo).
this technic can work against not as much experienced suchos with just trading 1 by one BUT you always have to have full food and water for the healing and sit with healing ticks etc. (this would still take like 30min when he doesnt eat or drink) Not even sure if this is possible when the sucho just tries to be full on food and water. But if the sucho is just a little bit experienced then you cant do anything as allo. If they are sitting with healing tics then you cant kill it. Another factor is that if the sucho also goes for the double bites (meaning you cant) and hits you your ded. Soo you gotta have luck with sucho Source 2000 hours in the game and main is allo.
Having no slide, and a faster sprint....would make it quite unbalanced. From playing Allo so much lately, and utilizing it's strengths - I already feel that it's one of the best mid tiers in game right now

Well, if an Acro just drains his stam completely without ever getting a bite in on the allo (or any other mid tier), that would be just one awful Acro. Not sure I want to make a video where the Acro is totally clueless. Furthermore, Acro still regain stam while walking, so even if an allo starts riding it, it would have enough stamina to make a small run forward, and then turn and start biting the allo, OR brake check the allo (allo has slide, acro doesn't). So even without Stamina initially, Acro would still be a serious threat to a solo allo

I tried this with a friend to a deathmatch practice mod and the sucko heal was even faster and the byte of sucko on me as an allo was in second screen and my byte to sucko in first.... And i did a lot more time to heal my bleed than sticky did why is that?

Sucho size changes very little from fresh adult to full adult, so it would be incredibly difficult to tell if it's full or not
It did 3.5 bleed and full adult does 3.9. Do the math.

Yep! Pretty much that, and not getting outplayed while you are in melee range (i.e. baiting you into a turn fight, or brake checking you, etc)

Not a lot of things want to fight Sucho, and when they do, it's usually a nearly impossible matchup, like 2 adult rexes or gigas, or 4-6 allos, etc

Couldn't tell you for sure, it's difficult to calculate/analyze, too many variables affecting timing, even ping could affect it one way or another

I tried this with a friend to a deathmatch practice mod and the sucko heal was even faster and the byte of sucko on me as an allo was in second screen and my byte to sucko in first.... And i did a lot more time to heal my bleed than sticky did why is that?
