Volvo BM 500 Renovation - Part 3 - Stock welding panel

My tractor, a Volvo BM 500, 75 model, is in dire need of refurbishment and repair.
A viewer wondered how I make a welding panel and in this episode I show how I make a welding panel. There are probably many ways to do it, but I think the way I do it is easiest if you have few aids.
