On the 2nd problem, why would you not use cos, since the hypotenuse and adjacent angle make the 41°? Or can you just choose which sides you want to use?

It could be that your calculator is in radian mode...be sure to switch it to degree mode?

You second time you divide them please what different if you do multiple or divide?

If the hypotenuse is missing you divide. If you have the hypotenuse you mutiply

my calculator does do whatever your calculator does it just gives me the .005 ish decimal number when I do multiply it works normally I have the the TI-30Xa (Texas Instruments) Calculator
