Does anybody edit your videos? At 32:35 in. That’s a 54 Ford not a 45. Ford stopped making domestic market cars for 3 years during World War 2. There were 42 Fords and 46 Fords. If you can find a 1945 Ford sell it because it would be worth a fortune.
@ 11:08 in you say there is no visible radio in the dashboard but 28 seconds earlier we can all see the original push button radio. Also, in all your videos, why do you comment on the fact that the hubcaps are in good condition? Hubcaps are the last thing a car restorer is concerned with when trying to figure what card to buy. Hubcaps are cheap and easily replaceable.
@Unsavagemarauder Thanks for pointing that out! I must’ve gotten so caught up in the storytelling that the radio slipped into my ‘blind spot’ 😄. As for the hubcaps - what can I say? It’s a personal quirk. I just really love wheels with nice hubcaps! But now I’m curious - as a car enthusiast, what details do you think are most important to highlight? Your insights could definitely help shape future videos!
@@OldschoolCars_retro if I could give you some constructive criticism, it would be to change up your description of each car because it’s pretty much the same and a lot of your subscribers I think are going to get annoyed if not bored hearing it. It sounds as if it’s coming from some kind of an artificial intelligence machine. Specifically, guys like me, you can call us old timers aren’t really looking to buy any more cars. We just like to look at cars like it’s a car show. Now for people actually watching your videos and hopes of finding a good looking car that they can purchase, they can easily see from the pictures what color of the car is and what the upholstery looks like, etc. I would talk less and let the pictures do the talking. Does that make any sense? You’ve got a great voice and the music is OK, but it ends up kind of sing song. I would emphasize the size of the motor, such as cubic inches or horsepower and torque. I would emphasize the mechanical components that the pictures can’t explain. Also, as far as the old cars go, it’s redundant to say that they have metal dashboards because they all did. And I’ve noticed several cars that do have the original indash radios where you say “no visible radio present”. You don’t even have to mention anything about a radio. I’m not trying to Nick nitpick your videos because I enjoy your channel. Just some things to consider to make your videos better. In short, less talk and more pictures.
Nice Bel Air!
👍👍👍👍👍.
