Just wanted to suggest of maybe expanding your base to the nether with the help of the villager trades, you k now like getting lava and stuff, I haven't played One Block ever so I don't know if you can GO to the nether in the first place but yeah, just a suggestion :D (Sorry for any mispellings, this is not my main language)
41:38 you can wait for the zombie villager to spawn, then trap him and wait for witch, witches can throw weakness potion at you and if they throw it next to the zombie villager he will get this effect too, so then you just give him golden apple and wait until he heals into normal villager! I hope this helps!
I think most of them spawn all at once due to a certain time in the day where it is considered night time , so its better to predict when it comes and to go somewhere thats not on flat lands like what you showed in the first clip.
