He bought 200 trees and plans to buy more. So I think they're doing well. Needs cold weather though. Can go down to 20. Newer varieties (Arctic Frost) can survive lower temps.
@@escapefromny2012 I am happy to hear that. Currently here in our corner of West Ga the temps are around 19 degrees and we had snow flurries but I d like to have some trees; if only for our own use.
Satsumas are very abundant during October in South-Central Louisiana; very easy to peel
Wood chips are a great alternative to deadly herbicides.

Don't feed kids herbicides.. glyphosate shouldn't be on the menu..
