Uhh - well - how about the Copyright shown in the opening title? © MCMLXIV? Just under the giant NEWS font? I work in rights and clearances at a studio just down the street from Universal. I'm not going to rat you out - it's just that I have a pet peeve when people say archive footage is in the public domain.
