I believe in 21w08a, the andesite in the grimstone (now called deepslate) was replaces with tuff, and the tuff in geodes was replaced with smooth basalt.
I'm so excited for this update, we have so much more to see 🤩

When you land in lava you take fall damage so he was right not to do that.
I don't think lava saves your fall
