I couldn't sleep well, I turned to this and I felt so much peace, some of the best I've felt in a while, you won't believe how much I cried. I hope all is well in your lives and that you might find peace

I‘m also crying. 🙈 I don‘t know what to do with my life. I live with a lot of pain everyday. I really like two women and I think they don‘t have strong enough feelings towards me. I want to do the best, but for some people even this is not enough. 😢

ive been using this to sleep for days, and everytime I use this to sleep, I always wake up with a dream. I dont what part of my brain is activated by the music but I know dreaming (REM) meant I had deep sleep. thank u for sharing this vid
