Many viewers have been asking me how much it costs to live in a condo, how much a UA-camr earns every month, how much does it cost to take care of a dog and basically everything that has something to do with finances. That's why i decided to create this vlog.
This is a SIMPLE yet STRAIGHTFORWARD vlog on my monthly expenses living alone. I hope this video inspires you, especially if you are also planning to move out and go solo.
TIP : It may be scary at first but living solo is rewarding as long as you work hard, pray hard and know how to budget your finances. :)

Truue kung 16k kada buwan yung rent pag isang taon 100kplus den yon pa onti onti magpagawa ng bahay, mas maganda yon kesa mag rent ng bahay.

My family also thought of renting a condo, but we realized at the amount of 15,500 monthly for the condo, pwede na namin ipang rent to own yun, at least in the long run magiging samin ung property at hindi kami manghihinayang sa Renta. And for the past 3yrs thankfully eto saamin na ung bahay and not renting anymore. So tbh I don't actually quite understand why some people want to invest for a condo instead of a real home. But great tips tho. Also I really like your voice po, very pleasing to the ear. More power 🙏

Coz Some people prefer to live near their workplace. If you work in a business district you can’t buy a house naman in that area. i.e. if you work in Taguig but you bought a house in cavite, hassle din and commute mo. If you own a car, you have to pay for gas, or maybe for public transpo. Wherein, if you’re living in a condo you can either walk or commute for a couple of minutes. Ilang oras din aabutin mo sa daan kung busy ang route mo from home to work. If you come to think of it, everyone has different lifestyles, and there are different living options to live those comfortably and conveniently..
@@LeeJaeiBiEntertainment agree,, depende talaga yan sa lifestyle and work ng tao. For us for example na from the province na plan lang talaga magwork sa Manila area but not retire there. Better po ung condo na malapit sa work. Kasi if bibili ako ng bahay dun na lang sa province namin.
