husband goal? no he’s not and on top of that he had some pretty terrible moments once right after he recovered… season 6 carlos dealing with Lynette’s pregnancy? the way her forced Gaby to homeschool Juanita herself ? all the yelling? he’s probably better than many other men on that show but he doesn’t deserve to be praised like that

They were awesome! Carlos and Gaby evolved so much throughout the seasons and proved to be worthy of each other. Lots of fun, sarcasm, amazing chemistry but they were together when the storms died down.
One of my favorite moments between Gaby and Carlos took place after he regained his eyesight and saw how much clothing and jewelry Gaby had sacrificed to keep their family afloat. He knew that she had pawned some of his own things without telling him and completely forgave her.
At first glance you'd think Gabby & Carlos' marriage doesn't have much depth but they just had expression and communication issue. Some of their time together was super toxic and petty but they truly grew through all those mistakes. I loved Lynette & Tom but they could never stop battling for dominance in the relationship, Susan & Mike were cute but they had to try soooo hard to make it work sometimes you wondered if they were really meant to be, Bre didn't come alive until her relationship with the last guy, she finally put aside her need to be perfect and in control. The writers let every healthy relationship be what it was and the audience chose who they connect with and see themselves in.
That's a real interesting point about Bree. I have thought she and Orson were a perfect match, but maybe that was because Orson matched what Bree wanted to portray to others. Karl was sort of a catalyst in Bree releasing her inhibitions, because he didn't hold himself back or carry himself with shame
This scene is so romantic, Mens out their! learn some thing from Carlos from this scene; make your girls feel beautiful tell your girl that she is the only good and wroth girl having for the rest of my life, make them laugh and treat them will cattle them make them fell special, trust me having that love of your life next to you is the most beautiful girt that any body can have for those ho have their love of their life's, so treat them will and don't loose them.

I remember I used to watch the series and think "Having a husband like Carlos must be awesome!"... Today, I'm married to a man who is exactly like Carlos, minus the criminal record. Gabby and him will always be one of my favorite straight couples in TV series.
this is a good scene. i think the most beautiful scene is in series 4 between tom and lynette when they talk about how sarcastically heroic they both are about lynette's cancer... that always makes me tear up haha

This is a sweet moment but the pilot reveals that they only went on three dates before he proposed to her. What you mean I guess if you know you have the one great, but I don't think that's a good practice to keep.
