Even with my favourite artists, I won't select anything below 20 mins long. With yours, sometimes its too interesting to fall asleep straight away, so I appreciate the longer format! The up side of that is, when (not if) I wake up again, I'll start it over... and over - 3, 4 and even 5 watches are normal! For me, you could even do the same as the wonderful NatCatWhispers used to do, and not appear in it - I never "watch" ASMR (as in, ever), only listen!

Since it takes me maybe 20 mins to fall asleep I’m able to use the same one a few days in a row and with the shorter ones I’ll usually listen to the whole thing in one listen. Both are great! I like long videos because I can start them at different times and have a good ten min of new stuff to listen to before I fall asleep. My suggestion for you is to make the shorter videos as it’s easier for you and more maintainable. BUT consider making compilations. I’ve seen other asmrtists, SNL even, etc make longer hour videos comprised of reuploads. When it’s labeled as a compilation I do enjoy watching them. Some might not like the reupload though. I listen to your videos on playlists sometimes to do something similar
