About the community, what the Apostle Paul called “the household of faith.” In these challenging times, the more divided we became the more we realize how much we all need one another, and how everyone needs Jesus. Beyond the moral imperatives of personal salvation, the church was created to be an anchor for humanity in order to reveal God’s truth and Christ’s love to everyone. Emmanuel’s mission is to be that anchor, to be, as the bible puts it, “a house for all nations.” There is love, here. There is hope, here. A new life and new beginning in Jesus Christ freely given to everyone who accepts it-you, me, mama ‘nem-erbody.
