You reading my mind I was thinking about the same thing wondering about shredder. I like super Shredder but all of them are monsters especially the strongest versions of him. One thing that stood out it takes all the turtles combined strength fighting him together to take him down. Wow with a phenomenal extremely high striking power.

I'm old,lol. The only TMNT I ever watched was the one from 87. I use to watch it all the time in the early 90's. I had no idea Shredder was that OP. I didn't even think he was on Batman's level until I saw that epic fight between them.

Shredder, at his base level, is indeed Batman's equal in combat. Speaking of the crossover venture, Batman only won the second fight because of the turtles joining the fray.

Finally a well made analysis of TMNT. I have to mention a few feats you missed, though. For 87 Shredder, I can't remember the specific ep it was somewhere in season 3, the one with a crystal kept inside a military vault: Bebop and Rocksteady who are car throwers (source for car throwing: Shredder Is Splintered) were unable to bust a thick steel door after multiple strikes with a battering ram, then Shredder shatters it in one kick. For 2003, Utrom Shredder scales above Michelangelo who dodged bloodlusted Silver Sentury flying full speed after him (Unconvincing Turtle Titan), same Silver Sentury was calced to enter space at massively hypersonic+ (Space Invaders Part 2). Erupting a rooftop wasn't the Tengu Sword's greatest feat, it was when it was aimed at the docks on auto fire and was putting New York under a violent tremor putting it in the tectonic range yet Shredder survives multiple shots. His dimension x suit in kaiju form was knocked into a laser that was distorting a universe and he pulled himself off with moderate damage to his side. It took a second hit completely engulfing him that gradually tore him down to put him away meaning his durability borders on universal. Nothing the heroes did was of ANY USE against him.
Tengu Shredder has his own set of powerscale I'll try to summarize best I can. As you've established he moved the moon in his early base form. He then went on to be defeated by the Ninja Tribunal in a close battle. Cut to present day and Shredder's heralds are shown capable of overpowering the same Tribunal, quite possibly having grown stronger over centuries of honing their knowledge further mind you, yet base Modern Tengu Shredder himself has one-shotted his own heralds and when the Turtles and acolytes went up against them they wiped them out of existence no diff then lost an 8v1 beam struggle to Shredder, so right there we can say the scale is Modern Tengu Shredder > Mystic Turtles/Acolytes > Heralds > Tribunal > Past Tengu Shredder, making the moon level+ feat grossly obsolete. For what Tengu Shredder can do, you can ACTUALLY get him to 4D via a statement from the Tribunal his power is unlike anything the Turtles faced before and beyond their darkest imaginings and having followed their lives they'd be aware of Ultimate Drako who with the War Staff (shown forming a universe in TMNT Mutant Nightmare's cutscene) and Time Sceptor (stated to "have power beyond time and space" and "omnipotent" plus heavily implied above the War Staff) was an immediate danger to the universe possibly even a multiversal threat if Ultimate Ninja saying the War Staff will grant him mastery of it was valid, yet stated Shredder's threat was beyond that. Yeah, pretty wild, but it's an iffy scale so we can disregard it and stick to feats, Tengu Shredder via tapping into the planet's mystical energy could reality warp the planet over a day in rest mode and within a minute going all out via judging how fast it took for him to recondense his energy across the globe for the final dragon battle. Each of the Turtles likewise were stated and shown to channel the same reservoir of energy making them planet level and Tengu Shredder's dragon form at full power by outscaling them individually would hit large planet+.
Silver Sentry is able to move faster than the Tricteraton Mother ship which is able to Travel the entire Universe and every Planet in the Universe in just a couple of Hours.
2012 Shredder matched Leonardo in strength ( Leonardo Matched Krang Prime in strength, Krang Prime is Taller than a Building and he’s a Mutant so he should somewhat be able to lift Buildings, in which Leo, and Shredder can too. )
Utrom Shredder threatened the entire tmnt Verse.

1987 Shredder overpowered both 1987 Bebop and Rocksteady.
Rise Shredder broke out of Rise Mikey’s Chains ( Rise Mikey’s Chains can Contain infinite Weight. )
Meaning Rise Shredder has Strength stronger than infinite.
Shredder is a Menace and would destroy Batman.

And due to all this cool versions of the shredder is why I hated the one in the Batman vs TMNT movie a lot, like c’mon even in the comic Batman needed to built a special suit in order to face the Shredder, but in tha animated movie they put Shredder at the same level as Batman, that’s no fair dude!

There was a Cross over of tmnt 2012 and tmnt 1987, and 2012 Turtles were Far more powerful, and 2012 Shredder can fight The 2012 Turtles obviously, so 2012 Shredder scales above 1987 By Far.

Utron shredder grew on me by the time that show ended. he was a close tie with 80's cartoon shredder for me until TMNT Forever came around and he managed to out shine him by doing everything all around better then him. The rest of the shredders are cool but not as much.
Utrom Shredder definitely got the highest kill count he responsible for over 4 million deaths 😂

@@playerback7722 not gonna disagree on some of that but the reason 2012 Shredder is one of the best is because he one of the few version's of of him that fight more than just the Turtles he took on leatherhead Slash Bebop and Rocksteady and took down one of the Triceratons something most the Turtles couldn't beat.

2012 Shredder isn’t weak he just isn’t that level, 2012 Shredder can beat any version of Shredder except for any of the Shredders from 2003, and Rise Shredder.

This is why I found the Batman vs Shredder fight in that movie to be ridiculous. Batman is peak human - but that doesn't hold a candle to the top strength and speed and durability feats of the TMNT or Shredder himself. I guess that version is just a significantly powered-down version, but even the WEAK versions of Shredder like the on in the 1987 series hit hard enough that it should for sure kill Batman, based even off him punching through a thick wooden beam like nothing or tossing around machines that weigh many times more than a grown man, or punching through the metal roof of a train. I'm sorry, but I don't care what gadgets Batman has - when you get hit that hard, you'd be liquid.

2012 Shredder lift tanker and a fully loaded tanker weigh 97,003 pounds but it was empty and tankers can hold 5500 gallons of fuel and per gallon of fuel weighs 6 pounds so tankers hold 33,000 pounds of fuel so a empty tanker weighs 64,003 pounds so 2012 buffed shredder can overhead press 64,003 pounds
