I have been following Zakir Khan's career and trajectory for so long now that his new achievements feel like my own personal wins. I discovered him back in 2014 when I was in high school and today I am a working professional. It feels like both Zakir and I have grown together. Both of us even belong to very similar backgrounds, similar kind of upbringings, very similar approach to life and very similar mindset. I have never tried to emulate him but the way I have cultivated my personality has often found a convergence with his. The scale of our journeys are ofcourse very different but the essence is very similar. Bohot bohot Mubarak ho Zakir ❤

As much as I appreciate his work, his way of presenting sometimes comes off wanting to be “too relatable “, like everything he says on podcasts or interviews , craves to “glorification “, which I think is tad bit annoying at times. Bhai main bhi kisi aur ki car nahi chalaata but that is nothing to glorify.
