Some info:
German television transmission in 441 lines from Kuppelsaal des Berliner Reichssportfeldes for German Troops with Ilse Werner singing 'Ja, das ist meine Melodie'. The television camera seen at 0.35 uses a Farnsworth Image Dissector Tube developed in Germany.
This is before november 23 1943 when the television transmitter and antenna on top of Amerika Haus in Berlin was destroyed by allied bombing. The transmissions continued into 1944 via cable, but after that the only German television station was in Paris with the transmitting antenna on top of the Eiffel Tower.
