It's not helpful when the audio does not align with the text shown on the slides. Great questions but the theater question said fixed seats and presenter said non-fixed. Very confusing how to arrive at the correct answer. for the plumbing question, please show the math, again... It doesn't help that the presenter said 2 but the slides showed 1. Also, it's not clear where the % comes from used to calculate the answer.
This is so confusing to me (question 1a). I work often with historic buildings/ buildings in historic districts in NYC and, based on my experience, every time when we replace windows - Landmarks presentation commissioners make us replace windows with matching existing in style, material, size, color, ... If the existing windows were wood - we had to install new wood windows. I would definitely cross out aluminum windows first. Ugh ...
This presentation was hard to follow. Its preferable to work through the math on-screen and talk through the thought process to arrive at the solution, visually. It was not very well explained. The answer choices also do not reflect exam questions, which are typically more than two options. Questions more similar to NCARB's practice exam questions would be more valuable.
Good practice questions. It's better when the presenter works thru the question live as if they are taking the exam. This presentation style wasn't great.
