The only problem with this set up is you don’t have any timing on your elevator. So if
You have your flap on a slow drop then you elevator doesn’t abide by that timing it just shoots straight to it’s trimmed position. I had to figure this out myself so it’s best to figure out what the plane needs using this set up and then transfer the info into a mix with timing drop the same as the flaps

If you go back into flight modes there are settings, fade in and fade out. this is what you are looking for. you will have to play with the numbers to get them to deploy at same speeds.

Any chance on doing a set up for a se10 with stabilization?

I use the same method for Flap/Elevator Mix. For the Flaps I use also the "slow down" Function in Outputs,
but I did not find out how I can set this for the elevator too. Do you have an idea how I can set "slow down" Function for the elevator too? Thanks.

Not sure if it’s possible, I’ll play around with it and see.

@@lancegebert Hi Lance, the fade in/fade out option in flight mode does the job.

In the flaps elevator mix, if you assign the source to a specific flap channel (Left or Right) and the output to your elevator channel/channels, the output channel will act exactly as the flap channel. This will mean that the elevator will deflect at the same rate as the flaps (slow up or down). The elevator will also deflect in parallel with the flap movement. You can assign the flaps to a multi position switch or to a slider. I like to use the left slider, giving me full range of motion with an obvious middle point. With a custom curve you can determine if the flaps deflect linearly or with a multiple point curve. I can send screen shots if you would like. Cheers mate!

Hi I had the same problem and I think I know the solution for it (but I haven't tested it yet.
Instead of using the provided FLAP 2ELE mix provided in the menu make a FREE MIX and copy the parameters there. The free mix shows the option to slow down the elevator.
As I said I haven't tested yet in the model since I'm waiting for the receiver to arrive.
