Good stuff, Underdawg! Finally got to check out MvCI yesterday and took a liking to Gamora and Capt. Marvel just to be lucky and find you've made videos for both! Haha
I cam from NRS games as well and this game is fucking great. Not intimidating at all once you get the hang of it! I quit MvC3 when it came out specifically for that reason and am so glad I got MvCI!
Yeah, NRS games give you some leeway in inputs I feel, where something like SFV doesn't and timing has to be precise. In this game, I've unfortunately, been somewhat successful by button mashing - which I don't like doing, but I feel it's the easiest game to get by doing it. I want to break down my moves and combos (since I enjoy playing with intent more).
+Ryan Metzger Did you turn off Auto-Combo and Easy Hyper? Because you can have success button mashing with those off but with them on its literally Automatic.
Thanks, these videos are a huge help for me since I've never really been into magic series style games. Please do one for Strider Hiryu and maybe do a generic one for tagging. Thanks again!
What platform is this for? I’m playing on Xbox one. And I’ve listened to all your stuff & the combos still don’t come out the same. I’m wondering if it’s easier depending on the platform controller . Cuz I can’t do nothing the way it looks in these videos :(
Hey guys I have a question about this game that I really need some help about. I haven't bought it yet, but I have played UMVC3 and a little of both Injustice games and I enjoyed them. But I also played a street fighter game and found it incredibly boring and hard. In this Marvel vs Capcom Infinite Game, there are punch and kick buttons. But am I correct in saying that combos aren't like street fighter games where you have to time each normal to the micro second just to do a basic combo; or is it more like UMVC3 where you can just happily press your buttons? Does what I ask make any sense?
You're correct, it's waaaaayyyyy easier to combo in mvci than any of the street fighters. it's even easier than street fighter 5, which is already easier than the older games. the super long, elaborate combos still require some time in practice mode, obviously, but this game isnt hard to get into at all. it's good for casual play.
Fantastic beginner guide! It really helped to see the combos broken down into their individual segments like this.

Thanks for Watching, Dawgz! Let's get 200 Likes for Captain Marvel!
I am in Mission Mode learning how to combo with the Power Infinity Stone, how do I do a Photon Blast LP after I hit the Infinity Surge?
These vids are so helpful, especially when transferring from NRS games

This game looks so intimidating to play, coming from MK and Injustice

Kilzi well as someone who only plays NRs games, i got this game and it's so annoying to play with a dpad

+mah mam I've played with a fightstick since MK9 (still use it for all fighting games) so this was an easy transition.

Dawg please keep these up, I'm counting on you!

All consoles and PC play the same. This might be a skill issue on your end.
This is very helpful, thank you
KNAWLEDGE
Thanks For Helping Out. I Have Been Wanting To Play With Her But Didn't Know What The Hell I Was Doing 😂
I've found that during an air combo, cancelling the first HP into air dash for another HP can result in a bit more damage and is fairly easy to do.
That is true :)
You can also use her flight to extend the combo as well.
TrueUnderDawgGaming I suck at flight cancelling. :(
No notations, but thank you for explaining what youre doing. This game can get really fast and it can gets hard to see what moves are coming out.
Great stuff although I wouldn't say it's "advanced" as that'd be using a lot of air dashes and fly cancels but that's way beyond my capabilities xD
Loving these videos very helpful for a beginner like me. Pls do iron man next
Could you make a guide for Dante?
Do Ultron and Thanos Please
Yo do a video on flying combos for characters that can fly. Like fire brand or nova or whoever. Love the videos!
Nice video man are you going to do one for all the characters eventually or just the ones you are good with?
I miss the old mk vids with the inputs and slow mo demos
Do an atrocitus Guide in injustice 2
I just said last video no Jedah/Marvel cheese! Dammit Underdawg!!! lol
who is the best teammate for her ?
Is there a way to have her keep her mask on?
