This reminds me of the old data view webpart editor in SharePoint Designer 2xxx using xslt 😆 Well done sir! Looking forward to the succeeding vids. Cheers!
Thank you very much, the results are great. Good video. Thanks. Customization in JSON are a greatly interesting... and a good subject for new videos ;) .
Hi Andrew, thank you for this video! If you are in the UK, do you know how you would change the date format so that it shows DD/MMM/YY (sorry the Brits are always being awkward...) Thanks!
Great tutorial! Can you also talk about why you don't like having document attachments in a List vs. a Document Library? How would you keep track of the documents in the Document Library with the tasks?
Item in Sharepoint List cannot be modified and searched in SharePoint Site searching. So I prefer to use Sharepoint document if you want to modifying after posting document and search it by name
@@vuxuanhai7311 This is a great point, the main point is search. Also version history. If you wanted to keep track of the documents per task item you could probably configure some metadata in the document library. This could be even better using Power Apps to write to both list and document library with metadata.
Hi, I want to create a html table in power automate in that I want to create a link embed to its title only, whenever I can click on that title it should navigate to that link, is this possible to do that? Many thanks in advance..
Hi MANJUNATHA, I think this is possible. It's not something I've done before. You can write the link in HTML in the title, inside the HTML table, it all sounds possible.
I followed every steps and everything seems fine. But, on my Gantt chart, on the Task Bar, it doesn't show the Project Start Date and End Date like yours (10/1 and 10/31). Also, on my Gantt Chart, it doesn't show the Progress Bar. Any idea why? I have watched the video about five times already. LOL. Thanks.😆
Hmmm, normally it's from a small misspelling and then you rename a column. The gantt chart will be built on the initial naming. And maybe it's the start date or end date fields? There's no spaces at all. But thank you for watching 5 times 😆 let me know if you get it, I'll keep trying to help
It really is always in the internalname of the column. Make sure that at the moment you create the column you use the correct names, changing the name afterwards don't change the internal name
Hi Andrew, this is great, this can be handy in any project, looking forward to the part 2, appreciate your knowledge sharing 👍
Woooo Thank you as always Imran!! 🎉
This is really good. Looking forward to Part 2. Thanks.
Thank you kingman!! Excited for the next release! 🥳

Thanks Stephane! Maybe we should do more JSON customization videos.
Hi Andrew, this is really helpful ... could you help me customize the Json if i want to delete the task start and task due?
thank you, this is awesome
Thanks for watching Vũ Xuân Hải!

Does this work without having to add project start and project due?
Those fields are required.

@andrewhess123 you are the BEST! I deleted everything and followed everything....boom, problem solved. Now, I watched 6 times. 😎😆 Thanks again!🙏
It didn't work for me. I believe I did everything correctly. Do you know what can affect this?
Column names not being exact. Column names being the wrong type. And which part didnt work, it didn't work at all? The JSON is not matching then.
It really is always in the internalname of the column.
Make sure that at the moment you create the column you use the correct names, changing the name afterwards don't change the internal name
@@GeertdeKooter Geert!! Thank you for watching! Thank you for the JSON!
Fun fact - the creators of JSON actually intended it to be pronounced Jason :)
Ya got me 😝I was trying to get a good Halloween joke in there.
