Be able to speed your two fingers out wide enough to grab hold of the gold bar on the top and bottom. Second, you'd need to hold the full weight of the gold bar with those two fingers long enough to slide it out of the opening. It's possible for some people th be able to initially grab the gold bar with their two fingers positioned on top and bottom but that gold bar sounds extremely dense and heavy. I severely doubt anyone has enough strength in their fingers to be able to hold it an a horizontal level steady enough to slide the gold bar out.
You could also essentially win if you position thumb on top and rest of fingers to lift up on the bottom to balance the strength to lift the gold bar and slide it out.
I bet I can do it if its around 5kg, I have long fingers and pretty strong grip, all I need is to catch the sides and pull it quick before it gets heavy, maybe rotate it at the hole.

Simple solution is "Either that bar is coming outta that hole or ur hand is". Both won't come out simultaneously. In this way no one has cheated and people can't really blame that it is impossible because it is possible as gold bar can fit through that hole but only without your hand. If it could be done, it would be by clamping fingers to the narrower side, thumb to the wider side, flipping it upside-down to where your thumb is facing up, and lifting the bar above the hole such that the side of the bar that you are gripping is lower than the other side. No this would not work, so long as your arm is in the Hole you wont get it out. Though is one way to do it.........Super glue on your finger tips and touch the centre of the gold bar.
Pretty sure if you slapped the smaller side of the bar against the glass below the hole, then rotated it from the 6 position to the 12 (so it's above the hole), you could leverage the weight of the bar to work for you and slowly get the narrow corners to start coming thru the hole... from there I'd be interested to see what happened.

It's for the strongest hands not the average contender. It's all in grip strength using your fingers and strong consistent pressure to keep the bar as stable as possible. You are working against gravity with a hole that is just big enough to fit all 4 corners and the average person's muscle strength and control. A recipe for a challenge. The guy in the 2nd clip at 1:30 was the closest to getting it figured out, I should say he did figure it out he knew exactly what he was trying to do but the execution was not up to speed with his plan of attack.
Basically the angled bar is what makes this possible, as damn near impossible as it looks it is possible with the right execution. The bottom edge of the bar was sticking out of the hole at 1min 30, dare I say enough for a quick strong grip on the bottom of the bar as soon as your grip of the second hand hits the bar you let go of the side of the bar with your original hand and if you use your body and swing down with your squat you'll raise the bar, doing this fast but smoothly and as soon as it's as straight as it could even possibly be back up hopefully enough alignment happened to get the top edge to come out of the hole. It's a game of stability, the just right speed, quick reflexes, grip strength of the fingers, not really the hand or the upper arm specifically the fingers flexibility and tendon strength and the control of the firing of the forearm muscles and relaxing the upper arm and shoulder keeping the 2nd hands elbow tucked into the body for stability. I used to love solving these types of puzzles as a kiddo, and now as an adult I work with body mechanics, grip strength and strong hands/arms to deliver some of the deepest therapeutic massage possible yet I am tiny and no one expects the pressure I can deliver just by first appearances and it's not even about having strong arms it's about using body weight, angles, body movements to deliver my working pressure and flow. This is what a game that needs body mechanics looks like. Another cheat way is to just simply lay on top of the box and use more of your arm strength than hand and finger strength.

The thing that makes this version almost impossible is the fact that in the other videos I found the hole was placed at such a distance that the bar was tall enough to lean against the hole. But the hole in this video is much higher

7:36 this seems like a good technique. if he rotated the bar upside down before that, he might have gotten some extra space for the longer base to pass through the center of the circle (i.e. he might have gotten some extra centimeter of height to work with. What if the top glass piece lifts up from inside the glass box by using the gold bar to lift it up? The question to ask is : How did they put the gold bar in the box in the 1st place? The answer is in the lid or the black base...OR- To break the glass with the gold bar. Lol

All we need is me with strong fingers. Make sure you have strong fingers especially thump and index ones. Sometime it's possible to use the middle finger too. You keep the other 3 fingers closed and grab the gold bar and glide it out. The hole is just enough for the bar to slide in leaving only a cm on top and 1.5 cm on bottom or vice versa. So practice practice and practice.
Looks at the hole, it is smaller , now looks at the gold bar it is in rectangle and much wider than the hole. This mission is impossible unless you break the glass.

It's a game of stability, the just right speed, quick reflexes, grip strength of the fingers, not really the hand or the upper arm specifically the fingers flexibility and tendon strength and the control of the firing of the forearm muscles and relaxing the upper arm and shoulder keeping the 2nd hands elbow tucked into the body for stability. I used to love solving these types of puzzles as a kiddo, and now as an adult I work with body mechanics, grip strength and strong hands/arms to deliver some of the deepest therapeutic massage possible yet I am tiny and no one expects the pressure I can deliver just by first appearances and it's not even about having strong arms it's about using body weight, angles, body movements to deliver my working pressure and flow. This is what a game that needs body mechanics looks like. Another cheat way is to just simply lay on top of the box and use more of your arm strength than hand and finger strength.
I have steps to take it out.....
1) First put hand inside gold bar
2) Hold Gold by your hand
3) Lift up the gold bar ( Don't pull gold bar toward you Just lift up by making 180 degree)
4) Push gold bar toward your opposite direction
5) Now hold gold bars by yours five fingure only
6) Take it out.....

Bar trapezoid part is 3-4mm plus than circle due to hand size increase upto 20 mm also bar wt is about 8kg difficult for our fingers to hold without proper grip....

The thing that makes this version almost impossible is the fact that in the other videos I found the hole was placed at such a distance that the bar was tall enough to lean against the hole. But the hole in this video is much higher

7:36 this seems like a good technique. if he rotated the bar upside down before that, he might have gotten some extra space for the longer base to pass through the center of the circle (i.e. he might have gotten some extra centimeter of height to work with.

What if the top glass piece lifts up from inside the glass box by using the gold bar to lift it up? The question to ask is : How did they put the gold bar in the box in the 1st place? The answer is in the lid or the black base...OR- To break the glass with the gold bar. Lol

This requires a very strong grip, and wrist and forearm strength. Practice lifting 10kg dumbbell at a gym before trying this 🙂🙂

All we need is me with strong fingers.
Make sure you have strong fingers especially thump and index ones.
Sometime it's possible to use the middle finger too.
You keep the other 3 fingers closed and grab the gold bar and glide it out.
The hole is just enough for the bar to slide in leaving only a cm on top and 1.5 cm on bottom or vice versa.
So practice practice and practice.
That is really dumb challenge, coz the gold had Trapezoidal shape and the had Circle shape. 😀
