oddly i lived in Palo Alto 61-64 my dad was doing his PHd at Stanford. Sadly i was to young to experience the scene I did play on the steps of the outdoor Frost ampitheatre in Stanford where many great shows were played❤❤🚍🚍
Good morning little school girl. File under songs that probably wouldn’t be written in 2024. Tell your mama and papa, I’m a little schoolboy too…. Sure, Pigpen!
15 years ago this tune was a regular setlist maker in my band, and we'd even get requests for it.But, I know what u mean-it IS an ol' blues cover, though so technically he's just "covering" Sonny Boy Williamson. For a weird twist check out the Yardbirds version. THere's 10 Years After's version too, and many many others.
oh yeah write dat letter🐊🐊🚍🚍🚍🚍TY, At this point these guys were so on A Head of Time, never heard the original lyris in Other one the changes were definately better, The music itself is just friggin amazing raw yet sweet Thank the 🐻🐻🌈🌈 and the fusion of mind and music he spurred🚍🚍❤❤

Thanks for the presentation of this classic concert....the music of the 60s and 70s was extra special to those of us that lived through those times...

Should be grandfathered in, like my grandfather, who liked to hang out at Boy Scout conventions.

Ha!
@@johnnyprovo7157 That was an old blues song. I think it was Muddy Waters that first recorded it. All of those songs were about hobos.
Imagine this being you’re very first show of any music. Completly mindblowing!
