Yeah, just seeing how he hammers those balls, revives my feeling of BP and seeing, feeling and hearing smashing balls deep into the sky right through that sweet spot, you immediately know you hit that good.
Stringking deserves an updated review tbh. Been gaming it over my catx, feel like you could probably get some higher velos with it now.

i think it has great pop and swing weight but the sweet spot is not it for me, near the end cap is dead and near the hands is not good at all, atlas is much better imo. My bat could just be dead as well but that’s my opinion
I’ve been doing the opposite. I just benched the stringking and the catx is my gamer.
Been thinking about getting a string king for my son. Second year of baseball. He’s 10 don’t want to drop 350.00 for a bat but want something solid.
Picked up a few Stringking pro 2s at the College World Series booth this year. They are pretty popular on my sons team and at that price they are a steal!!!
I am not sure why it is so entertaining for me to watch all your videos of you swinging bats, but man… I can’t get enough of them!
First, best channel ever. I'm a travel coach (my last season) and I watch every BBCOR video you make. However, I think it may be time to adjust the scale a bit based on swing weight. I don't think many 15U guys can swing an end-loaded bat unless they're legit units. And I know this is a lot of work as my day job is literally running web and UA-cam for a big company...but I think it's time to separate the light bats from the end-loaded bats and put them in separate lists. OR, maybe a light, mid, and end-loaded rankings. My son is 15 and at 5'10" 160 lbs, I want the lightest bat with the most pop for him. a 17U kid is probably bigger and stronger and would gravitate towards a more end-loaded bat. Just a suggestion from an older guy that is obsessed with this sport...and your channel.
Have you guys considered adding "value" to the bat bro scale? As these bats start to get closer to each other it might be helpful.

Value is subjective and will vary from person to person. Considering how fragile some bats can be, a durability score would be useful. Though it would be pretty hard for Will&Co to actually get accurate data about something like that without access to bat company info like warranty claims and Will has already made it clear he doesn't want to jeopardize the perceived integrity of his reviews by having a relationship with the companies whose product/s he's reviewing. Realistically, the BB scale covers everything it reasonably can.

One of the things I like the most about these reviews is Will's encyclopedic knowledge of bats. Having hit with so many, it is a great pleasure to see different bats mentioned in comparison to the bat at hand and that's no small thing. Thanks for another great video and thanks for what you do.

Interesting barrel profile for the 44 pro. I'd love to see you do a review of the 2023 Rawlings 5150 (if possible).
2011, 2013, 2014 Easton S4 - all had 2 1/2 barrel diameters. Meant to replicate a wood bat and make a lower MOI... Have a few 33's and 34's!

Stinger Guardian + Lizard Skin Flared Taper + Lizard Skin 1.8mm grip = 24/30 bat (7 Sweet Spot, 10 Power, 7 Swingweight). Swingweight goes down dramatically, and makes it feel whippy, almost exactly like a Bonesaber, but it still has the pop and a much bigger sweet spot. Guardian comes with a skinny handle and thin knob that makes it feel more endloaded than necessary. Extra Taper + Thicker Grip is the answer. Give it a try.
My son has almost that exact setup on his Stinger Guardian, although we're using some generic no-name taper.
He loves the leverage it gives his swing.

Curious to see a value/durability/life expectancy scale for some bats that you guys review. Bats are expensive for how few swings you can truly get out of them, so affordability takes a hit in that manner.

reminds me of a bat i used to have. The Rawlings Velo 2017 Model. Super balanced bat but the sweet spot was a bit weird for me. It has th e exact same sound as the 44 Bat does

44 is def worth it I have one and you do not notice the barrel being slightly smaller in diameter it has insane pop

Maybe change the boxes to numbers. Power should be Max EV and Average EV for each bat. Swing weight should be the weight number exact to the hundredth, but an outline of a bat where the weight is. Red is hot for more weight, blue for less. So it is barrel heavy then red color on the barrel. Or red on the handle. The sweet spot should also be a bat outline, to show how much of the barrel is the sweet spot.

We were at a Cal hitting clinic and they had a Rawlings Clout that seemed pretty nice. Had a millions swings on it, so somebody clearly has been using it. That claimed it was an unreleased demo, but it looks like it's only $250 on a couple sites. Maybe worth a review?

I appreciate the fact that it's customizable to a level similar to a wood bat and that's likely why the lead times are similar
I haven't handled it yet, but I'm assuming they went with a barrel diameter of either 2.60" or 66.5mm instead of the 2.625" aka 2 5/8". Why they did this? Idk. Their overseas manufacturer might've been working in metrics or they wanted wiggle room with the tolerances. Since the bats are custom painted, it's a benefit to go a bit smaller. How this translates to performance? It has 0 effect on contact rates and because it's bbcor, the effect on compression is negligible. Slowpitch bats are 2.25" thick and they have more pop and sweet spot than any bbcor ever
Easton used to have an S3 BBCOR or it might've been the S4 that was 2 1/2 inch barrel
