The place like the underground temple is the world's largest underground discharge channel "Metropolitan Outer Discharge" in Kasukabe City, Saitama prefecture .When it rains heavily, it is a place to store water to prevent flooding in the city. You can also take a tour when it doesn't rain. The directing going up from the underground was amazing .I heard that the escalator and elevator were actually taken.
