I am trying to use mobile hotspot on andriod + tethering for my desktop pc, windows 10, i tried all the steps above and made 0 difference, it says that it's connected but ccannot access the internet, wtf is going on?
I'm not able to transfer files from mobile to my laptop... I checked so many videos on youtube... but I didn't get any solution I used my original cable... it's fault in my mobile... can anyone helps me...??
If you are using windows laptop, just plug and select file transfer option on mobile which popup on notification bar. Then try transferring files. In tethering mode you can 9only connect internet using your mobile
good informative video. worked in first go. All of a sudden my samsung s22 ultra usb tethering stopped working. I restarted pc restarted phone, changed wire, and everything I could do, I did. steps I followed: I staight away went to adapter setting Win+x device manager network adapter rightclick samsung mobile---ndis update drivr/ if cant then uninstall then connect phone agin and use usb tethering It will reinstall and update driver and viola... my device started working..

If in Device Manager I don't see the Remote NDIS Adapter what should I do? Or does this mean my PC don't support USB tethering?

Yes the Ethernet 2 is my phone and in network settings it shows no internet but my phone has internet connection please help

Reset the network on your pc
