Great riding! I am taking a group out this morning to show them all the new trails including the new Rollercoaster. Even more stoked for the ride after watching your videos.

How did your ride go? The trail is a blast isn't it? I hope you had a good time.

@@SonaAvedian we had a great ride. All 7 of us had smiles for miles. We all loved the new Rollercoaster. I liked it so much I went back on Tuesday and that's when I ran into you and your friends. It was great meeting you. I am the one who over shot a rock drop and went off the side of the trail and was lying on the ground with bike flying over head. Lol. You all checked up on me to make sure I was OK. Both rider and bike were unharmed. Can't wait to get back out there.

@@johncook537 I appreciate the love, and I'm glad you got the motivation to get out there, send it pretty hard considering, get back up after a fall, and send it again! That's pretty awesome. It's a huge part of the sport, falling that is. It keeps us humble and reminds us we are human and it also gives you something to redeem yourself over with vengeance. It was a pleasure meeting you! I'm sure I'll see you out there some more!

I’m 52 and just recently got back into MTB. Any suggestions on how this “old lady” can learn to jump 1/2 a good as you do?

My best advice would be to keep your joints, tendons and ligaments in the best health possible. Any type of stretching or yoga exercises, even perhaps some isotonic exercises would go a long way in preventing injuries and also helping you keep your body loose and smooth on the trail. Especially when considering riding on jumps and doing drops, shifting your body weight around corners, trying to huck over things; keeping your joints in good, healthy condition, and lubricated with synovial fluid, well keep you around to ride another day. A lot of the times I've had sprains and strains on muscles and tendons or ligaments, it's almost always on a day where I skipped my morning yoga stretch routine. Even doing it in the morning, and riding later in the evening will be better than nothing. I try to do my stretching within 45 minutes of riding.

What kind of bike are you riding? The suspension just looks so smooth and plush. For real you get down when you ride !! That was cool to watch

This bike is a first generation Hightower MX (mullet) CC. I run a 160mm front fork, and a 135 rear in the high setting. It has a 29 in the front with a 27.5 plus in the rear. It is quite a bit slacker and waaaay more playful than it was when I bought it 5 years ago.
