unfortunately there's no more the "file" option in new outlook version (at least at the moment January 2024)! do you have an alternative solution?

My laptop changed to the new outlook and all my appointments disappeared with no hint of where to find them. Thank goodness for the Android calendar on my phone and tablet. I'd be in a world of hurt.
