    Thank you so much. I was so scared of micro needling and was really close to just shaving me face instead. The shaving I thought would be safe and easier but after watching your videos on both of these subjects I see it’s so much safer to use a micro needle. Again thank you for keeping me from making a huge mistake because at 54 I can not afford to ruin my face. I don’t want to look “younger” just want to look my best at my age.

    Is it safe to use 0.1-0.3mmeach day at the age of 28. Don't have any signs of ageing but for skin maintenance. Also, after using 0.1-0.3 can I use my regular night time products--serum, snail cream, eye cream etc. Or should I apply natural aloe gel?

    Is microneedling something that most women (once started) do for the rest of their life??? What happens when you stop?

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  2 роки тому

      It is part of your skin care regime, and you can do it once a month, and include other steps such as facial muscle exercising, radio frequency, good eating habits and a good skin care. Once you stop, the skin will gradually go back to what are used to be, which is normal. Let me know if you have any further questions. Maria

    Loved this so much!!!! I’ve been looking into micro blading! Would you advise this to anyone with dry skin. I normally have combination-oily skin but for the past year or more my skin has been soooooo dry especially around my nose , chin and forehead area. I don’t use matte foundations for this reason. I like dewy look foundations. And I love face scrubs but I try not to over do it. Also I’ve been breaking out lately right in the smack middle of my forehead and my chin, and also my chin. I’ve never had acne on my cheeks until like last year. Would you recommend this to me?? Even though I have dry skin?? Also what are your thoughts on chemical peels??

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  3 роки тому +1

      Thank you so much for your comments and support! EMS or also called electrical muscle stimulation is amazing for firming your facial muscles, but I would also advise for you to do actual facial muscle exercising, I have several tutorials that you can look at. So if you want to do them both I would start with EMS first and then do micro needling. Micro needling does not go all the way down to the muscle and it will stimulate the fibre blast in the dermis. But if I could give you additional advice I would do These treatments at different times in the week.

    Is this something you MUST do consistently? Or can it be effective with just a few treatments? And for my skincare routine I keep it really simple. I use an exfoliating cleanser, a toner, then moisturizer. Would it be safe to proceed with these after having this treatment?

      Micro needling is something that you need to do at least every six weeks. Remember not to do it too often. It can cause more damage. What I do believe however it’s good skin care, and facial muscle exercises. Let me know if you have any further questions. Keep safe, Maria

    Can I put sunscreen 🧴 after treatment? when I got out door?

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  3 роки тому +1

      I always advise to do this treatment at night time, so the skin can repair and heal before you apply any products, however if you do at night time, the skin will be ready for sunscreen in the morning. I hope this answers your question. Maria

      If your purpose is to remove blockage or blackheads I would advise not. The amount of vacuum pressure will cause bruising. I will be doing a tutorial in the next little while the pros and cons of vacuum pore cleansing....

    I can't do it without numbing cream, and even then it isn't easy. I also use Retin A right afterwards. In a day or two I get a great peel. Why do you advise against using Retin A?

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  3 роки тому

      I Don’t advise to use it at the same time because the Retin-A is an acid and he’s very aggressive for your underlying layers of the skin. It is created to be on the surface of the skin. If you decide that you do want to use Retin-A, wait at least 24 to 48 hours after the treatment. That is my advice.

    Thank you Maria! Very helpful. I had a gorgeous complexion and then menopause happened and all my sun damage suddenly showed up.😩 my fine lines have their own fine lines. I’ll try microdermarolling. I started to do daily face exercises and face massage. Will daily massage be too much? Will it begin to break down the collagen/elastin? Any advice re my fine lines would be appreciated 🙏🏻

    • @AglaiaEstheticsTraining
      @AglaiaEstheticsTraining  4 роки тому

      Monkey See, Monkey Do thank you so much for your question. You’re absolutely right, as you were going through the menopause, the skin will change. But the few things that you can do to help to slow down the ageing process, and sometimes to reverse. First of all your diet is very important so that you have a balanced diet taking taking in enough water and it’s supplement called NRF2 if you want some information on this I can always send it to you. All the tools that you mentioned such as facial exercising and facial massaging all is very good, I have a very good tutorial on both, and remember do not do micro needling too often and be very careful with the size of the needle.
      I would alternate with a facial massaging and muscle exercise and do micro needling once a month. I know that your skin and your muscle tone for all improve. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Maria xx
