How about refusal to attend worship,holy communion for years. How about that someone who refuses to answer letters and will not respond to an email,phone message and when possible personal visit by a pastor and or Adult discipleship committee? It seems to me that should be removed from church membership because it is significant. It shows no fruit of faith, so it is outward as is the continuation of that (unrepentant). Shat do you say?
The Church doesn't judge the way God does (heaven or hell) but judges to keep The Church Holy, The Bride a pure virgin. Read 1 Corinthians 5. It's really plain that judging within the church rightly and biblically is the job of The Church.
