Fun Fact: shearing sheep is a common health benefit for the sheep itself. As letting their wool over grow can lead to many problems like overheating for example.

Idea: Make them rideable war machines capable of killing Ravagers in milliseconds.
They shouldn't be able to kill Ravagers. They should, however, be EXTREMELY tanky and tough. Like, 20 HP just like the player, but...
Normal sheep's natural armor = 4 points
Stage 2 sheep's natural armor = as much as chainmail
Stage 3 sheep's natural armor = as much as Netherite
Max Stage Sheep's natural armor = as if they had Full Prot IV+Feather Falling III+Always land in Wool+Permanent Resistance IV effect (particles disappear before they leave the wool).
a.k.a sheep reduces all damage to 4% of the original before inputing it into the normal armor's calculation, which can reduce damage by up to at least 80% again (fall damage is always reduced to 1/125 of the original, allowing sheep to fall from up to over 2500 blocks of height without dying, and taking only 1 heart of damage if they fall from build height limit to bedrock.
Unless I'm wrong and wool doesn't reduce fall damage, in which case they still reduce it to 1/25 and can fall from build height and take only half health). It also basically never takes any meaningful knockback.
Plus, sheep naturally regenerates at the same rate player does in Peaceful mode, I think it's 1 HP every two seconds. This effectively makes it so that the only way to kill it is through chain explosions, such as spamming End Crystals or putting it inside a large box of TNT inside a larger box of obsidian and lighting a single block. Either that, or illegal enchantments. At MOST, an Impaling V trident should deal 1 heart of damage when critical hitting and that allows you to kill sheep with eleven or twelve crits (regen accounted for).
It does have a huge hitbox tho
@Arthur Aleksandravicius the sheep should be killed quickly by both fire and lava meaning fighting the ender dragon would be out of the question as ender dragon breath I think it's close to fire (not sure just stereotyping as if the ender dragon is a regular dragon)
